Great Experience! Amazing and very kind staff!

The hotel and appointments are generally very good. We really appreciated having a sleeper sofa available and the room and public space aesthetics are pleasing. We were disappointed at the breakfast options, as the oatmeal described in hotel materials was not available due to biscuits and gravy being substituted instead. Most of the other foods were unhealthy aside from some green apples in a basket. We did appreciate oat milk and yogurt (without gelatin) as options. The primary reason we will not be staying at this hotel again is that it suffers from the same flaw as many others: the room HVAC unit cycles on and off again noisily and does not include an option for the fan to run continuously. This disrupted our sleep throughout the night. I imagine hotels disable the function of continuous air circulation to save electricity ($), but it comes as the cost of good sleep for many of us!

I wish I could give this hotel five stars because the room was very nice, clean and modern with good amenities. But we arrived to find the elevator was not working and it was a long haul with a lot of luggage up to the 3rd floor. As they have no front desk or obvious staff on duty, they should find a way to offer assistance when the lift is out. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place for its good location and nice rooms.

Overbooked. No room for me.? They promised to payable back instantly, but they didn’t.? Extremely disappointed

We stayed at this hotel during an organized tour of Turkey. Although it's advertised as a 5-star Marriott, it does not live up to the brand's standards in any way. The hotel is new and modern in appearance, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Dinner and breakfast were chaotic and stressful. There were long lines of guests unable to find a seat, tables were left uncleared for extended periods, and the buffet area was overcrowded. On top of that, the quality of the food was mediocre. To make matters worse, our room was not cleaned during our stay. This lack of basic housekeeping was unacceptable and added to our overall frustration. This hotel might look like a five-star property on the outside, but the service and management fall far below that level. Definitely not the Marriott experience we expected.

We stayed here for a quick one night stay while visiting Long Branch. The hotel staff was all fabulous. From the front desk to the people working breakfast, each person was fabulous! The hotel is clearly either new or recently remodeled. Everything felt new and fresh. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I often have some complaint that I add to my reviews here, but I really dont have any to add here. We will absolutely be back!

I have stayed in several top rated hotels, so I am accustomed to what is nice, this hotel is extremely nice very clean, staff is always friendly and helpful, large parking spots available, rooms are interesting all rooms have a place to bring in your own food and serve , if needed there are dishes and a dishwasher, microwave,medium size refrigerator , you can stay here overnight or longer with all this amenities just like home.beds are comfortable and there is plenty of lighting which I think is awesome , most hotel rooms are just way too dark, there prices are way more than reasonable.

My wife and I went for lunch on Saturday 31st Aug and didn’t book but they accommodated us nonetheless. The food and service were excellent, the homemade chips were delicious. Very impressed, we will definitely be going back very soon, highly recommend

We only stayed for one night as it was a gift, but we will definitely return for longer. A beautiful country hotel with lovely grounds. A very friendly welcome and we were made to instantly feel at home. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable with great views of the garden. The bar area was very comfy with a crackling open fire and plenty of sofas. Our evening meal and breakfast were very tasty and beautifully served. My gluten intolerance was well catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel on the edge of Dartmoor but close to A38. Owners and staff extremely friendly.
