We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our visit to Iceland. We stayed in their cottage, and everything about the experience was perfect from start to finish. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more special. The location is also ideal - peaceful and perfectly situated for spotting the incredible Northern Lights. We were lucky enough to see them, and it was truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Iceland!

Room was big, spacious and clean. One thing, need to provide paper or cloth towels. We used dishes but had nothing to clean them with.

We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. Finding Neem was just a tad difficult but once on the dirt road off main it was marked with signs. The location was on a hillside and not on a beach but beaches are nearby and this location was Close to many sites including Falmouth Bay, Nelson’s Dockyard and not far from Shirley Heights. My wife and I enjoyed our stay

the hotel was fantastic and the staff on the front desk were incredibly nice and very helpful. its walking distance to the Eiffel tower and literally right by the tube stop, the area is pretty quiet and residential with lovely restaurants and shops to explore...so all in all, would certainly recommend!

This was a very disappointing stay and easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Location: The hotel is far from the city with almost no connectivity, making it extremely inconvenient for travelers. Cleanliness & Facilities: The swimming pool is frequently occupied by monkeys. Our room balcony had monkey excreta every single day, which clearly indicates poor maintenance and hygiene. Services: The laundry service was atrocious. Food service was equally frustrating—items mentioned on the menu were repeatedly unavailable. At one point, I had to purchase fruits from the local market so they could prepare a simple juice. Customer Experience: Surprisingly, they were unable to provide even a basic feedback form. Overall, given the option, I would choose a roadside hotel over this property. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

This place is very nice for weeding very big lawns and very helpful staff Good food good service of reception and housekeeping there is spa also and very amazing pool and game zone they are accomadate approx 350-400 people for marriage
