On arrival we were met by a porter who offered to park our car, then took our luggage . In reception we were offered a welcome drink and cool tower to refresh. The 2 reception ladies were fantastically welcoming, really made us feel special. The food we had in the Copper restaurant was superb, the waiter was faultless , professional and very friendly, made us feel right at home. The room with sea view was stunning. We are definitely going to come back and bring our whole family with us, this place is too special not to share it and tell people about, it’s a fantastic experience not just a holiday location.

This is the fourth time we stay at Nicte. It is always a great and charming experience. It feels like a big retreat in the middle of the city. You feel like you are somewhere outside, but with the proximity of everything around you. Rooms are confortable and clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast delicious. Looking forward for our next visit (hopefully more than one night to have more time to fully enjoy the pool area and open spaces).

Had a wonderful stay, food was lovely, room was spacious with lovely decor. Treatment in the spa was fabulous. Very nice stay, thank you, we will be back!

Great staff. Clean rooms. Great location. Plenty of parking.

Studio was decorated lovely and clean. However the bed was awful, far too hard. The noise outside from the road and other residents moving around their rooms was so loud. We barely slept due to the noise and discomfort and missed our trip to Chamonix as we were just too tired. Sadly wouldn't return.

Exxcellent facility, staff and food. Would be nice to make coffee more easily available in the morningg

Room 20 door doesn’t open properly the handle turns around & around couldn’t get in, when leaving today we couldn’t get out we were locked in had to ring office so she could let us out, no hot water in shower or basin told the lady yesterday about the door & water, smell in bathroom, mould on shower curtain, window curtain dirty in bathroom, vanity is standing on 3 legs, bathroom door doesn’t close, light switch is wrong way, no vent in bathroom, bugs in room, won’t be staying there again, we were there 2 night’s, yes I’m having a whinge they should check on these thing’s

Room was beautiful and clean, we were looking onto the sea which was very relaxing. The restaurant staff were very helpful and great portions of food! The spa facilities were excellent and relaxing.
