Great beachfront location, right in front of the beach and close to local amenities. However, the rooms (standard rooms) need updating, especially the shower and toilet, which felt outdated. Staff were friendly, but the hotel would benefit from refurbishment.

The staff were amazing at the place, from the moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome and their service was fantastic. The breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous view of the sea. We loved the pool area and the grounds. Would definitely return!!

Troon is a cute little town, and this hotel was perfect. The views from the dining room and any sea-facing room are wonderful. Even my room from the back had a great view. But the comment everyone makes about the friendliness of the staff is on point. I've certainly stayed at places with a stand-out employee, but I've never stayed anywhere in decades of travel that had more invariably friendly and helpful staff. It will hardly seem real except that they're all genuine. Must be a fun place to work. Would gladly stay here again and build a trip around the visit.

Location is good with nice sea front view. It is walking distance away to attraction spot.

We celebrated my Mum's birthday with a scrumptious afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful. It was pleasing having a variety of hot items as well as the sandwiches, scones and cakes. There was too much to eat, so they boxed up the leftovers and we enjoyed them at home later in the day.

Inizialmente prenotati per un hotel a 3 stelle in medesima località, veniamo invitati a soggiornare in questa struttura a 4 stelle a parità di prezzo, ovviamente accettiamo. Parcheggio comodissimo, la posizione dell'hotel è molto buona anche se la macchina è fortemente consigliata per chi è diretto a Mantova. Struttura e camera confortevole, colazione ottima, prezzo direi giusto, personale gentile e disponibile. Unica nota stonata: la camera non è molto isolata da un punto di vista acustico.. una notte, infatti, gli inquilini della stanza di fianco rientrano alle 1.30 di notte e iniziano a parlare, accendendo per giunta la televisione. Al di là della cafonaggine e della maleducazione della coppia, il receptionist si fa parte diligente e risolve il problema. Per il resto tutto ok.
