The Lodge is very pleasant and up to date, every Single staff Member cares about you, our room was very clean, comfortable and very large, including a big pool, sunbeds, outdoor shower, and and and. Thanks for the incredible stay to all of the staff, will remember this place forever. Jambo Jambo!!!

Rundrum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wunderbar freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, toller Spa Bereich, zwei gro?e Pools. Das Essen und die Weine im Restaurant waren ausgezeichnet. Wir haben jeden Gang genossen. Ein gro?es Dankesch?n auch für die entspannende und wohltuende Massage, wird beim n?chsten Aufenthalt wieder gebucht.

Rooms was good, all food we got room service for was totally cold. Not even a little bit warm. We spent a week there. Be prepared to do lots of walking. Everything is so spread out. Some meals you are at a different resort. You take shuttle to if you can get one. We travel every couple months to cancun area to try different resorts. This is one, I would not visit again. So many very rude employees. Its ashamed that you look so forward to going and to just waste of money

Absolutely fantastic! We booked because of the MagC anime Convention and i have to say that the Hotel was one of the reasons this weekend. We will definitely try to go next year. And we will definitely try to get a room in the same Hotel. So awesome!
