This was our second time staying at Holiday Inn Express, and once again it was a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was slightly rundown. The key-safe didn't work. Rain shower head needs to be descaled. Bed not comfortable.

Clean room; the room quality is excellent. The staff were very respectful and mindful of my needscustomer needs. The restaurant staff and the front desk staff were impressive. I would like to single out the front desk staff, Virginia, for her extraordinary compassion and welcoming demeanor during my check-in, and for her concern about my experience at checkout. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the services I received at Hyatt. Such an attitude goes a long way in reinforcing brand loyalty. I noticed.

Breakfast set up is unsanitary and hot items were cold and undercooked both days. Hotel is run down with haphazard DIY fixes. Didn’t see housekeeping at all. Staff were friendly.

A clean and safe property. Very close to the airport.

Horrible staff, Elevator broken, room absolutely disgusting, also 15 cars were broken into in the parking lot

Appartement vaste, décoration très simple, comme les équipements mais c’est parfait ! Late check-in très facile, grand parking, c’est nickel. Le batiment a un charme désuet à l’intérieur avec ce gigantesque lobby. C’est mon 4ieme séjour ici et ?a reste une valeur s?re !

O quarto impecável, cheiroso e limpo. Limpez excelente. Café da manh? continua maravilhoso.

Everything was correct, the breakfast was great, but the pillow in the room was little bit poor.
