The hotel is ok, you get the same experience all over the country, but the food is another story. I was on a meal deal which included two courses and a drink, and breakfast. The breakfast is help yourself but no care is taken with the presentation. The fried eggs are like rubber eggs and stuck together the bacon comes either under cooked or like dried out leather cold beans no care at all. The evening meal is no better, I have had crunchy prawns, and chicken wings starter both were hard work as a fork wouldn't pierce them. The drink offer was very confusing, you can have a pint of beer or a glass of wine but only a small glass of soft drink, I got charged ￡3 to upgrade to a pint of soft drink.

This Premier inn is ideally located for the Aquarium, bowling and Nandos etc. so we booked. Hotel is clean and staff are lovely. We would like to say a massive thank you to Rebecca who was absolutely fantastic from the moment we entered til the time we left. Very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much, Engaged our active 4 year old at breakfast and even gave me a little greetings card and gift from Premier inn as I checked in on my birthday. Seriously, she needs to be commended by Premier inn for making our guest experience the best. We will be back!

Tiny room was looked over by adjoining building so curtains always closed. No coffee table so food or drink had to be consumed whilst sitting on the bed. No writing paper or pen. No soap holder on vaniity so grabbed a plate from the kitchen to hold soap. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Clogged basin Minimal breakfast … wait time for breakfast was too long Not enough towels . Only 2 were provided for hand wiping and a small one to use after shower No coffee and tea refill The bed on the right was so low and not comfortable

The hotel is great and lovely scenery. The location is also perfect and the staff is nice!! Well done Marco at the restaurant so nice and also Bianca at the spa gave me a great massage. The only note is that some parts of the hotel can feel “cheap” for example the white labels in the lifts should be replaced with something prettier. In the room the minibar is too noisy, it woke us up in the night… not great at all. The food is great at the restaurant but could be better more sort of 5 stars vibe maybe. The spa is lovely and thankfully there is the adults only aerea! A note there though, the floor between the pool and the relaxing rooms is way too wet, it should be dried by the staff more often.

Friendly service and great location. Didn't use the restaurant but it looks cosy. Comfortable room. Would book again!

Fabulous as always, staff, food, selection of beers and rooms excellent. Stayed many times and will be doing so again. Just bear in mind, if staying in room 6 or 7 they are on to the High St so can be noisy, especially on bin day at 6:30am!

Room was super clean, staff was customer friendly and even upgraded our room. Great personal breakfast service, rooms get warmer even in January, have to open windows to cool. Overall a great boutique hotel in Altea, great proximity to the beach and Old town.

Lovely and clean, moden hotel. Friendly staff and nice bar and restaurant and communal lounge downstairs. Woild visit again.
