Very nice hotel on the camino. Nice breakfast buffet

Clean, beautifully decorated, secure parking, nice bed, central to town and close to the cathedral.

Excellent hotel. Great service. We just parked the car in front and when we left the car was at the front packed and ready to go ??. You get more than what you paid for. The room itself was a bit small though but pretty comfortable and we were received by a plate of small dessert bites (my husband ate all without sharing) and they brought this amazing date filled chocolate to the room. Nice touch. 100% would stay there again.

We had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly central and convenient for exploring. Because we booked a three-night stay, we received complimentary breakfast and one afternoon high tea, both of which were delicious and a great added bonus.What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from 小雨. Even though he modestly mentioned he wasn't the "big boss," he looked after us like a top manager. He went above and beyond to guide us to the best nearby sightseeing spots, specifically recommending less-crowded areas that allowed us to avoid the heavy tourist traffic. He also recommended an excellent mushroom hotpot restaurant nearby—it was a bit pricey, but absolutely delicious and worth it.The hospitality here is top-notch, largely thanks to 小雨. We highly recommend this place。

好大一间藏族民宿，环境装修不错，有好多外国人住、早餐算丰富。老板态度有善。早餐厅姨姨好好人。周围有超市，有美食街。好方便

We are currently staying at the Four Seasons Hampshire. I am a seasoned traveller in my late forties who has stayed in five star hotels all over the global. Four seasons Hampshire was fabulous. Driving up the incredible sweeping driveway to a warm greeting at the front desk. We got a room upgrade for a family birthday and we were beyond delighted. Personalised messages on arrival and an array of cake and sweet treats delivered to our room to celebrate. This hotel has staff from over 50 countries and they are all very kind and helpful. Hospitality was faultless. The hotel has over 130 rooms so it was bigger than I thought it would be. We really felt pampered from day one. My parents said the pizza at la Terezza was the best pizza of their life. We had a tasty indian meal at Wild Carrot. We spent the afternoon at the kids pool and spa. My children loved the water slide and the adult pool was lovely and warm. We also had a walk around the extensive grounds. The highlight of the trip was celeb spotting at Wild Carrot. We will be returning over the summer. Thank you Four Seasons Hampshire for an exceptional weekend.

Very clean and spacious rooms, will stay again. Great value $$ for a **** hotel. Recomend

房间不错，但是人手不太够。每 2 天打扫一次，而且原来到了晚上服务人员就只有前台一个人，而他们还是很有礼貌的对待每个客人，耐心讲解各个房间楼层的区别，给客人足够发问和选择的空间。 早餐就在大厅的自助餐，可以尝试自己做威化饼，还有一些基本的美式早餐品类，基本上可以，种类不多。 房间衞生、空调足够。但是我们订的 3 人房间，却没提足够枕头和被子，结果首 2 晚可怜老公没枕头、没被子盖。
