The Sebel Bowral is conveniently located about 500m from Bowral township. It is a handy location with restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets in walking distance. The room had a separate bedroom and bathroom and comfortable couch in the living area. The kitchen enabled us to prepare meals when required rather than relying on eating out for all meals. Car park is close by and there are some stairs to reach most rooms. The area is excellent for relaxation and country or suburban walks. Neighbouring villages of Moss Vale, Berrima and Mittagong allow different areas to visit within about 10mins drive. Multiple walking tracks and birding locations abound for the more active visitor

Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The location was great. The room was very clean. Breakfast was nice.

Hotel needs maintenance. 1 elevator was out of service during stay. Flickering lights in the bathroom. Toilet kept running.

Food availability after 7 pm was poor. Items we received were bland at best. We requested food for our room and we had to pick it up at front desk. It was cold and incomplete requiring a second trip to front desk. Not much thought or effort put into menu or preparation. You can do better Marriott!

Staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean. The window frames could do with some bleach. The breakfast was good. The building is amazing. It is also a comfortable walk to the centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

Palácio da Lous? Boutique Hotel is centrally located, easy to find and plenty of free parking. The check-in was so friendly and helped with the luggage and answered any qusetions we had. We had the Breakfast special which was excellent with a very large selection. The would even do poached or fried eggs if requested. The spa was very nice and the water temperature in the indoor pool was very warm. We did a day tour to the Schist Villages in the hills and the people at the front desk where so helpful mapping places to see. We did not have dinner at the Hotel so cannot comment on it other than the restaurant look beautiful. We had a deluxe room and it was very spacious with a comfortable bed. What we really liked were the beautiful reading rooms with high ceilings and very comfortable chairs. Great place to sit down and read after a busy day touring Lousa?. We would highly recommend Palácio da Lous? Boutique Hotel for your stay in Lous?.

The checkin was frustrating, we had to wait in line and couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find my license which was no fault of theirs however once we found it we got back in line to check in and was told that the room was not ready so we walk out of line and received a text that the room was ready so we had to go and wait in line agaiin. We requested ground floor close to elevator because of issues. We realize that requests are not guaranteed but 4th floor way down the hall? This was our third stay with no previous issues We will not return to this hotel.
