酒店离市区不算远，设施比较一般，空调作用不大主要，冬天暖气基本没有的感觉。另外，后门外是一片坟地。。可能国外不用太介意。是自助型的，有厨房可以用，没有前台。这个价格説实话差强人意

Rooms were clean and all amenities in working order, we were in the hotel area. We had breakfast included in our stay and the food was very good. The prices for lunch or dinner are very high if you are wanting to stay at the hotel.I would pay half the price they ask for the same meal in Canada. We did not find any public restaurants within walking distance on the beach, so no other options for meals. Your only option is to eat at the hotel restaurant or go into playa del carmen by taxi.

J'ai séjourné dans cet h?tel au mois de Novembre, Décembre 2025 et Janvier 2026. Séjours extrêmement satisfaisants grace à la courtoisie, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel rencontré, aussi bien à l'étage, qu'au restaurant ou bien à la réception. De plus la qualité de la restauration est excellente.

This room (Bronze room) was perfect for our stay and the hotel is centrally located just off the "ring" in the old town and easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and wineries. The hotel has their own independent winery and a tasting cellar downstairs. There is even a hotel cat who comes up to greet you (see picture) -- always a good sign when a cat adopts a place :)

I'm escalating my complaint about Maldron hotel's lack of support for neurodivergent disability.
Despite explaining my situation, they refused to make reasonable adjustments, telling me to handle it online and that the front desk can't assist.
Under UK law, businesses must make reasonable adjustments for disabilities!
I'd appreciate it if you would review and assist with this adjustment.
