Very comfortable and clean hotel. Special shout out to Emilien, Irine and Sylvie. Irine welcomed us to the hotel, Sylvie cooked a vegan meal for me changing everything on the menu, it was delicious! And Emilien running the show does an amazing job. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location, views and decor of the treehouses are stunning. "The nest" is advertised as a 3-bedroom treehouse which is suitable for families. I booked for 2 nights for my husband, our tween daughter and I with the plan that we would not be using the double bed in the open plan lounge area. I specifically called reception to confirm that there were two proper bedrooms with doors. However, when we checked in, I was disappointed to see that the master bedroom with the ensuite is more like a granny flat under the main area with its own main door and separate key. To get to it, one needs to exit the main door to the outside, go downstairs and essentially enter a separate apartment downstairs comprising of a bedroom, bathroom and laundry. This would be ideal for another couple. However, it is not ideal for families with children. We ended up using the double bed in the open plan living area instead. This bed in the living area has no privacy and is bathed in light by 5am since most windows do not have blinds. Overall, this treehouse needs some maintenance and should be dusted well before guests arrive. We worried because when hot water is switched on, a strong smell of gas is released in the patio. This is particularly noticeable when filling the spa or when turning the spa heating on. We reported this, but maintenance told us that it is because the system is old. This is concerning.

Beautiful, clean room and facilities. Rooftop spa is awesome! Lobby lounge cozy and comfortable. Felt fun and inviting.

Excellent room,very clean. Staff very helpful. Slight problem with some noisy guests late at night but hotel staff dealt with it as soon as it was brought to their attention.

Mooi hotel met uitstekende keuken !

Premier et dernier séjour dans cet h?tel. 2 premières nuit dans une chambre vraiment défraichie avec un balcon recouvert de fientes de pigeons et située à proximité d'un bloc d'appareils faisant du bruit toute la nuit. Nous procédons à un changement de chambre et après deux jours des travaux commencent juste au-dessus (réfection des salles de bain), bruit de marteaux piqueur entre 11 et 18 heures. Après plusieurs signalements à la réception, peu d'explications souvent contradictoires mettant parfois en doute nos propos et impossible de rencontrer un vrai responsable. En ce qui concerne la restauration : produits bas de gamme et buffets non réapprovisionnés après 19h45. Rien à redire concernant le personnel ainsi que l'équipe d'animation au top.

Yes, the room was very clean. I loooved the comfy robes. The lighting could be better. I loved the coffee bar and the all the drawers. I did not like the headboard on the bed, very ugly and was damaged. Nice big desk, another chair would be great for two people if they want to eat in the room. I really liked the water pressure and the big shower and the large vanity with the drawers. The lobby art was amazing and the restaurant was also very good for breakfast. We did not eat dinner or lunch there. Staff was great, our phone did not work but it was fixed the next day after we mentioned it. The upstairs bar and pool were very nice as well but too cold to take advantage of it.

Great stay. First family trip with my little girl who is 2yr old and she loved here water park, whirlpool bath! We will come back again ;) btw staffs are so nice??
