This hotel is very outdated. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The carpet had pink stains on it. The tv is not able to be seen from the bed. It is in a separate sitting area. The couch was super old and very uncomfortable - you had to sit on the very ends or you sunk in. The chair was also very dirty and stained. Luckily we were only here one night.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved this place. The bar restaurant and outdoor areas were aesthetically pleasing with a rustic charm befitting the African Bush The staff were friendly and professional especially the restaurant team led by Thando Our ranger Desmond was superb. He held his audience captive on the wagon with his engaging wit and passionate commitment to the wildlife. He was an excellent driver especially during the rainstorm He got us so close to the animals of which the experience at seeing cheetahs rhino elephants buffalo was very emotive and spellbinding .not forgetting theMagic of the G & T sundowners which he organized so well. Thank you Lovely memories .

Very small rooms as described - works for one or a couple, tougher to 2 friends. Vibe is fun, staff is great, roof deck is fantastic, & subway access is easy.

Came looking to relax and recharge and leaving in the morning feeling totally chilled. Do your research and know that this is a very quiet island - party town it is not! We knew and thus booked!! Our room was in furthest block from reception/evening entertainment. A wee walk but totally quiet. Our room had twin beds (adjoining) and a sofa bed. Separate shower and toilet. Fridge, with beers and soft drinks/water, and 4 optics. Had a TV, but reception not great. (We hoped to catch the news). Shower has body/hair wash. Room, gardens and pool area are kept very clean and cleaning seems to be fairly constant. We good the food varies and plentiful. I guess the trick is not to eat everything at one meal! Animation team are on hand IF you wish to get involved and do part of the nightly show….. they certainly put in the hours. I found the 30 min “yoga” sessions good….. but did not choose to join anything else. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly….. even when super busy. We walked to San Rey, along the beach- early 1 morning. It took about 75 mins. Not a great deal there. However a good reflection on how the locals live, compared to us visitors. If you wish a taxi back, it is 15 Euros. The holiday was all we hoped it would be…… a distinct contrast from our busy lives at home. Boa Vista - it has been a pleasure!!

What a great location, beautiful lots of things to do in walking distance

Nicely located in the outskirts of the city so it’s quiet with beautiful views on the surrounding landscape. Great location if you want to get away from the crowds, but still very accessible by foot and bike. Great customer service

The pool was great lots of slides for all ages. The showers were a great size with everything that was needed

酒店非常有特色，藏式装修非常漂亮，房间有氧气机，大堂经理 Anne 体贴又细致，因为下雨看到我们到门口拿伞迎接了我们为我们倒了驱寒的姜茶，还有欢迎哈达，房间也给我们升级了高楼层山景，真是太感动了，早上又提醒我们天气情况，周边景区/餐厅也介绍的明明白白，是一场舒适有温馨的入住体验。
