Room was super clean! Staff was super professional and attentive. Would stay again. Great location!

Good hotel in the budget. Privacy is a bit issue. You can here other room noice. Location is good but lot of stairs. View is also not disappointing. Good view room on top.

Staff is mixed, some are excellent like annissi, most are barely willing to help, poorconcierge. Hotel was very cold, but they supplied heater when we asked. Everytime you leave the hotel you need to resign internet. Breakfast buffet was below average. no shelves large enough in the shower. They clean once in 3 days . it s a pain to ask for anything including water, new towels etc Not a 4 stars hotel

简直就没有服务 姓汪的管家态度极其恶劣 还摔我房门 欺负我们三个女外地游客 本来就在你们这被吓着了 水温也确实不怎么热 还问我要多少度水洗澡 这个天你给我42度水我肯定冷啊 空调也不热 简直没有一点服务意识 当地土霸王一样 有空出去学学人家民宿酒店怎么管理服务的

The rural surroundings with the old houses were fantastic. The atmosphere at Hollies is familiar and cozy. The restaurant in particular was pleasant with the open fireplace. The evening menu was very satisfying. Tasty dishes at a reasonable price. The breakfast was super good as you can choose from the menu card. Delicious dishes. The meeting room was nice, but a little warm. The only downside was that the hotel room the first night was freezing cold. This was fixed the next day. Rooms are clean (I could have use a little single use face cream) and staff very friendly. Great that you have the little gym. I spent 3 nights at Hollies and would like to come again.

10/10 experience , definitely going back to this hotel , i loved the room and the bed was so comfortable!!
