Bathroom could do with a clean, grout around bath was mouldy, tile floor corners in toilet/bathroom need a scrub
Carpet dirty beside bed, bedding smelt
Cupboard door which contained fridge had spilt milk? All down the inside, drinking glass’s were dirty .. the outside area could also use a clean looks abit unloved which is such a shame cause the view was amazing

I wish I could give zero stars to this hotel. Last minute cancellation and offer to move us from their 5* to a 4* hotel with no compensation or discounts whatsoever. Customer service again zero skills. I have never been treated like this and have been travelling forever. Disappointed and disgusted. If you want a smooth trip DO NOT book this hotel

Absolutely loved this place. A warm welcome with fresh muffins. We camped in a sunny pasture right next to grazing animals. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The glow worm home was well worth a late bedtime for the baby. Wonderful stay, very much recommend

The staff are always professional and engaging, the Rooms are comfortable and clean, the bathrooms are spacious and functional and the 6th floor lounge is warm and inviting. We love staying at the Cloud One.

La habitación era simple, peque?ita y el mobiliario estaba un poco gastado. Justita. Pero bueno, el personal encantador, todos ellos. Lo mejor de la estancia sin duda. El hotel tiene un precio mucho más barato que los demás de la zona, el desayuno es muy bueno y la ubicación es inmejorable. Si que es cierto que, si vas a estar muchos días la habitación es justita. Muy sencilla. Pero bueno. En tiene más pros que contras

Great location, but small room, very noise all night as the truck on the road was picking up garbage. Front desk needs some more training, very inflexible. I booked one room for two days separately, registered twice on arrival at the front desk and the key stop working on the second day.
