Very disappointed! We did not get the room I booked (King bed with pull out couch). At check in I was told: so sorry, but there was a mistake and they accidentally gave my room away. Since we were 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) they offered one (!) roll-away bed for free. There was no breakfast although the ad clearly states “ breakfast included”. They gave us 2 boxes that included a mini water bottle, a muffin and an apple. When we mentioned that we are a party of 4 guests, they said each room only gets two boxes. Makes NO sense! There is no free parking only valet at $25 per night. The pool looked green in the morning. Obviously it had not been cleaned in a while. We watched them sweep a lot of green algae together and eventually one of the staff got in the water in his underwear (!) to repair the pool light. The location is great and the view of the marina is beautiful. But at almost $300 for a regular night I don’t feel that I received what I paid for…

Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man konnte sich gut auf Deutsch unterhalten und sich in Ruhe den Anliegen widmen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde schnell geholfen. Auch das Frühstück war einfach super – sehr lecker und vielf?ltig. Ich bin sogar gerne früh aufgestanden, um es in Ruhe genie?en zu k?nnen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

ottimo hotel situato al centro della citta'..personale molto disonibile,quasi in famiglia. abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana molto gradevole. unico inconveniente il archeggio x l'auto.

Very friendly courteous staff. Loved hearing the cleaner singing as she worked in the morning. Good location. Large room with balcony.
