Found the place expensive ￡7 a pint, and ￡13.50 for a breakfast, which we didn’t bother with.Also the room I paid for double room with an extra single bed, had been given to someone else, which by the way I had phoned up two days previous to verify I had.Staff I spoke too were nice, but I would never go back there.

Beautiful room, lovely staff, also you can smell the spa throughout the hotel which is wonderful!

We’ve been incredibly happy with our experience at Verdant Villas. The neighborhood feels safe, quiet, and family-friendly, with plenty of open spaces to enjoy. The quality of the homes is impressive, and the attention to detail really stands out. It’s a wonderful place to build lasting memories and truly feels like home.

First time for a three night stay at this lovely new hotel in the downtown area. Had a inviting modern lobby with a nice gym with cardio and free weights. I did not see a pool. The room was clean and spacious with safe and drink fridge. There is an awkward placed lamp by the bed board which was loose. I can see someone hitting it with their head. My room overlooked the construction of another building and I was woken up at 7am by the sound of trucks. The front desk was friendly and helped me with getting a sewing kit to fix my broken button. Bed was comfortable and I slept well after I turned off the air conditioning system which would have kept me up. The breakfast buffet was ok but I chose to eat at a local diner within visual distance of the front door.

This was a great place. Amazing staff and they had one of the best hospitality. The entire stay was great and would most definitely recommend. They have the best staff in the country. This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card. Today we find the original card has been charged and for the full amount, even though a one third deposit was paid. I found the staff member on the desk to be quite flippant when dealing with him and didn’t seem to care much. If the credit card machine isn’t online for 15 minutes then turn it on 15 min before you open up at 9am.

Check in was a breeze and location central to everything

Nice hotel close to the train station, was also nice to have a free breakfast. The staff at front desk were also very helpful, the lady helped me organise sending a package to Guangzhou so I was very grateful. Would definitely stay again.
