Spot on. Except for strange bloke sat in reception asking to use our card to book a room. Didnt have breakfast. Good location

Siamo ritornati anche quest’anno per le festività natalizie. Questa struttura si conferma una garanzia in termini di ospitalità e qualità dei servizi. Tornare qui è sempre un vero piacere. Un apprezzamento speciale va alla ristorazione, che anno dopo anno riesce a sorprenderci in positivo: la cucina è in continuo miglioramento, sia per la qualità delle materie prime che per la cura dell’impiattamento. Complimenti allo chef Roland e a tutto il suo staff per l’eccellente lavoro svolto. Impeccabile la pulizia di tutta la struttura, dalle parti comuni alle camere. Apprezzabile anche la spa che, seppur non grandissima rispetto a quelle di altri hotel, offre comunque ogni comfort necessario per il relax. Un ringraziamento particolare a Stefanie per la sua professionalità e gentilezza, a Hannes e Martin per la loro costante disponibilità e a tutta la famiglia Piri, insieme a tutto il team, per la cordialità e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti. Una struttura che consigliamo senza esitazioni e nella quale torneremo il prossimo anno.

Slight smelly for the hotel

Clean and staff friendly and bar restaurant was good

Premier inn is a standard experience but sometimes you just get those staff who make your trip feel special, Mila noticed me on check inn and just made me feel like the repeat guest I am.

The staff were extremely helpful as I arrive late evening, room was spotless...perfect!

We stayed here Jan 23-30, 2026 and had the best time. The resort was beautiful, well maintained in all the common area, staff were friendly and attentive. Room was good- nothing spectacular but it was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, well stocked mini fridge and housekeeping was excellent! The lobby shows (performed by the incredible POP team) and markets were a great way to spend our evenings- you definitely need to attend the UV Beach Party and Bingo Night when you are there. Because we booked through *******, we had VIP access to all three resorts on the property and concierge support through WhatsApp (this was the best as they can make your restaurant resos and help with soooo many other things... didn't know I needed this service in my life until this trip). Food was okay, well presented at the buffet but selection didn't change much from day to day. A la carte restaurants were also just okay. Tip- when you book the Japanese A la carte, if you pick the teppanyaki table it is a set menu and you do not have access to the sushi bar or any of the items on the menu you can see in the app... we would have chosen to eat in the regular side if we had known this. Beach is nice but very rocky entering the water by the Colonial Resort, you have to walk a short way down the beach closer to Kantenah to find an area to enter without rocks. All in all, this was a fantastic resort, our three teenagers (14, 17, 19) had a blast and we would definitely stay there again.

Given free upgrade to a suite arrival very spacious & clean downstairs. Bedroom on Mezzanine level. Good choice of cask ales in the bar
