First time for a three night stay at this lovely new hotel in the downtown area. Had a inviting modern lobby with a nice gym with cardio and free weights. I did not see a pool. The room was clean and spacious with safe and drink fridge. There is an awkward placed lamp by the bed board which was loose. I can see someone hitting it with their head. My room overlooked the construction of another building and I was woken up at 7am by the sound of trucks. The front desk was friendly and helped me with getting a sewing kit to fix my broken button. Bed was comfortable and I slept well after I turned off the air conditioning system which would have kept me up. The breakfast buffet was ok but I chose to eat at a local diner within visual distance of the front door.
