Room was very warm, window could only open. A tiny bit, no fans or Aircon, no fridge

Nous avons logé dans la très agréable maisonnette avec vue sur la cour intérieure et l’église du village. Nous avons adoré l’esprit et la déco des lieux en plus du confort. Tout y est charmant et bien entretenu. Les h?tes vraiment au petit soin. Nous avons profité du d?ner proposé sur place, installés sur une table dans le joli et grand jardin. Un bonheur, comme le petit déjeuner d’ailleurs. Nous reviendrons. Ce fut enchanteur !

Hawkstone is a fabulous place to stay. A truly beautiful building in an off the beaten track location in the Shropshire countryside. It has a lovely garden to explore and a gym for those with more energy. The breakfasts were fresh and varied too. And not least of all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the music playing in every public room was rather overbearing. It even extended to the outdoor terrace and could be heard in our bedroom. (from early morning till evening) The music was mainly from the 20’s and 30s, charming at first but after 2 days on repeat it was rather annoying. This may seem like a trite complaint but we chose the hotel for its location, away from everything to rest and relax. As nature lovers and music lovers, there’s always a place for both but we prefer birdsong over rag-time when we’re sitting outside. We did report this but were told the owners wanted it like this. It needs reviewing.

位置（洱海旁，下关区，到海东海西都近）、风景（海景房，180度落地窗）、服务（服务员有礼貌有耐心，谘询的服务都很到位，保洁也一样）、房间宽敞与舒适度（酒店网图看着小，实际挺宽敞），都是顶配。非常推荐！
