Front desk and all staff are very helpful.

Our stay at Noma Milos was perfect. It was peaceful and serene. Dimitris was so kind and helpful. He gave us recommendations for good food, and told us which beaches to go to based on the weather that day. The breakfast omelet was incredible. If you’re looking to relax in luxury with stunning views you should definitely book your stay.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Chantilly Chateau Mont Royal. Overall, the hotel's service level is exceptionally high, and the staff are incredibly professional. In particular, I would like to highly commend Mr. Alexander, hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality. He truly went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. However, the cleanliness of the room definitely has room for improvement and unfortunately did not live up to a 5-star standard. Upon checking into our room, we were shocked to find that the toilet still had visible waste residue left inside. While the management and front-of-house service were excellent, a luxury hotel must maintain impeccable hygiene standards. I hope the housekeeping team can look into this issue to ensure it doesn't happen to future guests.

A very friendly and welcoming hotel and, for us, well situated for an overnight stop in Burgundy.

La atención por parte del personal de recepción necesita mejorar las formas de atención al cliente. Sobretodo la persona llamada Susi. La forma de tratar a los huéspedes deja mucho que desear. La verdad que tenía unas expectativas más altas de este hotel.

All was good. However the room had an unpleasant odour. The bed is not made for 70year olds. Very hard to sleep on. The new owners are very polite and helpful. They are in a somewhat transitional phase and we wish them luck.

Check-in was easy and quick, room was clean, breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Very predictable for a Holiday Inn Express.
