The staff is excellent and so kind. When our travel plans changed (not related to the hotel), they went out of the way to accommodate us and make these changes easy. Our room was extremely clean and the balcony view was exquisite. Not only would we come back, but we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

酒店地处亚拉公园附近，开车十分钟左右的路程。自然环境很好，我们看到了许多小松鼠，兔子，巨蜥，各种鸟。酒店门口有一个大湖，景色也很不错。 在酒店吃了晚餐和早餐自助，味道都不错。入住游客基本都是白人，只是工作人员对于中国人的态度和对于白人的态度很不同。基本不响应中国人的要求，或者态度冷漠，比起面对白人的谄媚，更觉得对这里的服务很失望。 我预订的是沙滩小屋大床房，前台在没有徵求我意见的情况下擅自给我换一个家庭房，区别在于与大床房都是独栋，家庭房是两个房间连在一起的，中间那道门根本隔不住两个房间各自説话的声音，隔壁房间説话听的很清楚。下午因为着急去亚拉Safari，没有计较房型不对就入住了，晚饭后回到房间，发现空调像拖拉机一样响，根本没法入睡。酒店派人过来説维修至少要一个半小时。又不同意给我换房。最后拉扯一小时后，我只能选择在潮湿闷热的房间里将就了一宿。原本有很高期待，最终的入住体验却很失望。

The resort itself is stunning, extremely clean, the stuff was amazing, specially Gomaa was super nice, he went above and beyond to make sure every day that the room was 10/10 , make something special for our friends birthday, that was super nice of him, we definitely will return!

Overall good ambience and good service we enjoy our holiday with our business partners .rooms is cleaned and staff behaves is also good

Hotel is convenient to stay for the company booking. We frequently visit to this hotel.. We drive to work on site. It’s a best location and big free car park. It’s safe place .

Отель находится очень далеко минут 25-30 на такси хотя показывает близко . Сам хозяин отеля очень внимателен . Шумно от самолетов но уснул . Лучше такси заказать у отеля за 600 рупи через uber не все находят отель .

Room was lovely and it was clean! The bed was very noisy every time one of moved so we didn’t have a great sleep

Booked a loft suite and it’s perfect for dad and I due to the need for separate sleeping quarters. The property is fairly new, nicely decorated, and close to everything Georgetown has to offer. It has amazing sound insulation which reduced the traffic noise to a low hum - no easy feat. We didn’t have hotel breakfast included as Georgetown is famous for street food, and the hotel is strategically located to some local favourites!
