Little bit out of the main city centre - quite a steep walk back up from the centre but OK. Receptionist says she always gets a taxi up but we did it Ok. Bit of a maze inside - trying to remember where your room is but on the whole lovely building - good facilities and nice room with large bathroom. Some rooms have great views of the Menai Straight and Anglesey.

We love everything about this resort. The cleanliness, the environment, the staff, the breakfast, the coffee, the menu. It is so peaceful & tranquil, wish we could stay longer. We will definitely be back to Veranda Natural Resort.

I recently stayed for one night at Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala with my family, and the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue is access—reaching the property in the evening is extremely difficult and even frightening. The road is poorly maintained, signboards are unclear, and despite repeated requests from guests to flatten the connecting stretch, the management did nothing. I would strongly advise against arriving after 8 PM. While the location itself is scenic and good for photographs, the interiors of the rooms are subpar. Toilets have no exhaust, leaving them suffocating. Dinner service ends sharply at 10 PM, and when we arrived just five minutes late, everything was closed. With no nearby restaurants and unsafe roads at night, we had to argue with the staff just to get some food. You also won't find anything room delivery here due to lock of staffs. Another unpleasant surprise was the rigid check-out policy. Breakfast ends at 10 AM, and the moment the clock strikes 10, staff call to ask if they should collect your baggage. Unlike most resorts with a 12 Noon check-out, this felt abrupt and inconsiderate. Overall, the combination of poor access, mediocre rooms, inflexible dining, and unfriendly management made this stay frustrating. I would not return and do not recommend this resort to others.

Clean room, welcoming, great location, lovely breakfast. A quirky but cool place.

The TV didn’t work. There was hair in the bathroom. Tissue in the corner of the room. The room is not very sound proof and could hear people coming and going. Was charged ￡30 for a dog. Whilst appreciate this was to cover the bed, toy and food. Would be better to be given the option and a lower price as none of this was needed. Upon check in we were told it would be ￡15 pp to use the pool. This was not clear on the booking. For somewhere with so much emphasis on luxury we found the room to be very basic. Finally two single beds pushed together with single duvets does not make it a double. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our room was on the third floor, but the elevator only went to the second floor. We had to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the third floor. I've never encountered a so-called four-star hotel like this before. Moreover, the so-called romantic room meant we had to stand crookedly in the shower; the whole room was angled. Parking place was extremely limited. This is a joke—a four-star hotel indeed.
