Останавливались в отеле на 5 ночей с супругой. Остались очень довольны. Отель камерный. С завтраками , шведский стол на любой вкус. В первый день не было каши, на просьбу отреагировали и на завтра уже была в меню. К тому же представлены местные продукты и блюда, что очень важно при посещении региона. Звучит приятная музыка армянских композиторов. Помимо кофемашины, нам предложили свежесваренный кофе, (то есть на кухне в турке варили) чем я пользовался в течении всех дней! Заботливый персонал. В номере была ванна, лучше чем душ для меня, поскольку приходилось помногу ходить пешком, а это хорошая возможность вечером расслабиться. Полотенце меняли каждый день. Соседей не было слышно абсолютно. Рядом рынок, торговый центр Ташир и недалеко Россия. Пасссаж тоже расположен рядом. До Площади Республики минут 15-20. Единственное замечание я попросил забронировать экскурсию на коньячный завод ?Арарат?, но на ресепшене девушка заказала бронь на завод ?Ной?. Благо они неподалеку расположены. Это надо учитывать. Ну и вода в ванной медленно уходила, но это не критично. Если б обратился за помощью , уверен персонал быстро бы отреагировал Кстати, мне понравился швейцар, который встречал и провожал нас. В целом, нам все понравилось. Думаю, в следующем не буду раздумывать где остановиться. Цена/качество 10 из 10!

Waren nach 10 Jahren wieder im GesundZeitResort. Die Anlage ist in hervorragendem Zustand, man sieht kaum Alterserscheinungen. Auf Sauberkeit wird gr??ten Wert gelegt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und vielf?ltig. Die Darreichung erfolgt sowohl zum Frühstück wie zum Abendessen in Buffetform - mit alles damit verbunden Vor- und Nachteilen. Ausbauf?hig ist die gastronomische Qualit?t des Servicepersonals. Beispiele: -einfach nur die bestellte Weinflasche in den Kühler stellen, den Gast nicht probieren lassen, nicht ein- und nachzuschenken ist unprofessionell -man wird nicht mit Namen, sondern als Zimmernummer angesprochen. (?Sind Sie die 104?“) Dies sollte dringend ge?ndert werden. -mit Abr?umtellern in beiden H?nden führte eine Servicekraft uns zu unserem Tisch

乾净，价格合理， 位置好， 楼下就是一个小公园，早晚可以跑步锻链， 可以走路到greenbelt 逛街。 出门打车的话避开高峯期吧，makati太堵车。

Excellent staff, room was very clean. I left my new IPhone on the table Saturday morning in the Serenade restaurant after having a delicious breakfast with my wife. Our waiter turned my phone over to the manager and he kept it secured until I realized I had left it. Very honest employees , so thankful!!!!

There is no toothbursh available at frond desk, hotel is close to airport 24 hour shuttle quick pick up

It was a great experience ,room was with great sea view clean and with a colorful design..stuff was so friendly warm and helpfull ..thanks for all stuff

On arrival at 10pm with a toddler in tow & having driven 7 hrs we were told on check in that someone else had checked in as us, I was baffled but was told by the staff member that he showed the guest the computer screen and he pointed to our booking so was given the room.i was so distressed that someone now had all my private details, the staff member then went to move guest to another room and clean the room that was meant for us, this took an hour from start to finish we then get to our room & the second bed had not been made up so staff member had to come back to do it, he was in and out the room 5 times as kept forgetting the correct sheets etc, we finally was able to get the toddler sorted at 11.35pm when he finally completed the bed making. Breakfast was dire no choice of bread, the scrambled egg was swimming in grease and the dinner (carvery) that next evening was equally as bad. The bathroom smelt the plug must have not drained as it was awful. I wanted to love this hotel as it’s so easy for us but sadly it was riddled with issues not ideal when you are staying to attend your father’s funeral. I did make a complaint to both ********** and the mermaid and was refunded just for one night strangely.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Good located, parking, playground, restaurant.
