Got there no issues until we went to bed i booked this for 3 people and the mattress was literally in a closet with stains and dog hair son is algeric to dogs so what a horrible night no where for him to sleep except for us room service was there at 10 am and had to pay a extra 20 for an hour to get out thought check out was at 11 plus another 30 for the propert no where for my son to sleep this stay for 1 nights misable not worth the money

Very Good Hotel to stay in Pasar Baru. Friendly Staff and sufficient amenities.

Room is amazing all is wonderful. I think the breakfast is perfect but the potatoes were not tasty. I would recommend hashbrowns or tater tots since lots of families with kids come through. This is my new favorite place to stay. I just wish the pool was open until 11. 10 seems very early to close and very late to open. It should open at 8. I wanted to sit by pool and read this morning and could not:( Other than that, love it.

What a magical place. From the drive up to the hotel to the entrance to the hotel it is so magical. The staff are welcoming professional and nothing is too much for them.

An outstanding stay with exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail. The room was immaculate and beautifully designed, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Everything was perfectly organized from check-in to departure. I would absolutely recommend this apartments and would happily stay here again.

J’espère que Laurette et Yoann verront mon avis ! J’ai appelé ce matin 1 er février 2026 pour réserver une table en précisant que je venais exprès de Grenoble soit 2h30 de route pour manger chez eux et Yoann m’a pas vraiment cru sur le moment mais bon sa etait un repas magique comme toujours ! Cassolette d’escargots avec chataignes divins suivie d’un magret de canard aux griottes et chocolat sublime !!!!! Tiramisu, café et j’oubliais la bière locale ! Franchement 44 € par tête c’est vraiment pas chère surtout que Laurette est venue nous servir et etait très émue que l’on aient fait la route pour manger ses merveilleux plats ! Et encore merci pour le Dijestif exceptionnel lui aussi et maison !!! Je recommande vivement leur établissement !
