Refrigerator was barely cool. Asked for a replacement. Was told engineer was not available. I then asked if we could trade out a frig from a vacant room. Again told "no". However, the
clerk said she could offer another room. I suggested it would be easier to just exchange frig from vacant room as we had already unpacked for a 3night stay. Again, no. We had just purchased food from local grocer so we had no choice but to move everything we had unpacked to the other room where the frig worked. btw next to the laundry room which was busy and noisy.
I recommend anyone needing a frig check to make sure its working properly before unpacking.

Absolutely wonderful! We so enjoyed our 3 day stay at The Postcard. The staff were fantastic, so helpful, friendly and professional. The location was great too….situated in peaceful grounds but within 20mins walk to a fab beach. Walks through the local area were so interesting too. The concept of “Anytime Breakfast” is a wonderful idea. We were able to relax and enjoy them after our morning walk to the beach. Thanks so much to all of you at The Postcard.

Room was clean. Price was good for a quick rest while waiting for our flight the next morning. They have a shuttle service which was great

Worst hotel experience ever. We travel a lot and this is the worst hotel we came across up to date. The staff are very unfriendly, specially the security guy. We understand that this is the old wing and thereby its budget friendly but theres absolutely no need to be rude. We wanted a last minute room and this was the only one available with the December rush. Everything is terrible, starting with customer service to cleanliness and food. Wouldnt recommend at all!

Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance did not meet acceptable standards.
The room showed clear signs of lack of upkeep, particularly in the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The location is convenient, but overall the property requires significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance to match guest expectations.

除了离unsw近,离coogee海滩近,一无是处,房间小到怀疑人生,带两件行李,你基本打开就别走路了,一百多年的老房子,早10点来敲门打扫衞生,退房哪天,早10点又催你退房,我那天入住,非要14点才有房间,呵呵
另外晚上试10点回来要关大门,哈哈,住学生宿舍吗?不是来unsw,几乎不会选择。
