Perfectly adequate. Friendly staff. I didn’t use the bar or restaurant. I was only using the hotel to sleep in but would recommend it. Although, obviously it is an older hotel (which is part of its charm) so they have to battle with old fittings etc

The location is unbeatable — you can walk straight from the hotel to the pool and then directly onto the beach. It’s the perfect setup for a relaxing holiday. The staff made our stay even more special. Anna at the reception is incredibly friendly, social, and full of great tips for exploring the island by car. She goes above and beyond for guests, and her service mindset is exceptional. Our special thanks go to Anna, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Irini, the reception manager, is also very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. In the restaurant, Dimitri, the Food & Beverage Manager, greets you warmly at breakfast and dinner. He always has time for a pleasant chat and makes you feel right at home. At the bar, Panos is a fantastic entertainer — social, fun, and skilled at making great coffee and cocktails. With its beautiful beachfront location, relaxing atmosphere, and outstanding team, this hotel is one we would happily return to again.

For this price range you would be crazy not to stay here. Apostolia and her team provide an exceptional level of service and the little unexpected touches made our stay unforgettable.

Short stay in Newcastle but very pleasant. We had got a chance to be upgraded to a junior suite. We booked bed, breakfast and dinner package. There is a Gin Bar in the hotel so you can watch football in a relaxed environment. There is a pool and gym, free of charge for guests.
