Overall experience was very good. Accommodation is very good and staff are amazing. The only issue we had was the lack of choice for vegetarian evening meals. Our daughters had booked for my husband and I to have a candle lit on the beach as a birthday gift for me. The vegetarian meal prepared by Guillermo and his team was incredible and our hostess Monserrat was very attentive which made the whole experience very special for us. This leads me to think that there is the expertise within the hotel to produce good quality vegetarian food and the senior management need to tap into this knowledge to provide a better service to all their guests.

Room was clean. Simple yet nicely decorated. Decent location - quiet yet close to mall and highway.

When we got into the room there was music blasting from a karaoke bar next door. I mentioned this to the reception staff and they basically said you are in a town centre and it's the weekend. She then did proceeded to tell me they had an agreement that it stopped at 10pm. I was there with my 9 year old daughter who had a competition early the next day so wasn't good. You could hear the traffic all night, it was like the window was on the catch but I couldn't see it open at all. The room was also extremely cold.

Ankomsten var forf?rdelig. Vi blev sat af af taxaen p? den anf?rte adresse men hotellets elevator var ude af drift. Over d?rtelefonen fik vi at vide at vi skulle g? om p? den anden side for at finde en anden elevator op til en plads. Det kunne vi ikke da det var m?rkt og ikke var stedkendt. Tilbage til d?rtelefonen igen og efter et nyt fors?g med to kufferter (!) lykkedes det men det ville have v?ret rart med hj?lp. Der var kun en ung dame i receptionen og hun var overbebyrdet. Lidt underligt n?r der er tale om et firestjernet hotel.

Staff support was lacking when i complained about the excessively loud parties which woke us at 1am and completely ruined our stay. The room is in dire need of renovation eg the front door did not lock properly and the bathro om storage had holes in it. The mattress on therbed had a big hollow in the middle and was veyr uncomfortable to sleep in.

It was perfectly acceptable. Clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Had the required amenities. Very quiet inside the room. The assortment of charging plugs was astounding.

The staff was very attentive , they could not have been more friendly. The maintenance crew was very friendly as well , one man asked how my stay was going , I thought that was very nice of him.

Not clean. Staff on entry not too helpful. Had to fight to ensure wasn’t double charged (already paid through **********)
