Yes, parking was safe and easy. Staff appeared to be always at hand, at or near the front desk. Calm and polite when we spoke. I had a problem free stay. Thank you

We stayed on the second floor in room 2416 and took the elevator to the second floor, walked to the farthest end of the hallway and then had to go down two flights of stairs with our luggage. When we arrived at the second 2nd floor we again had to walk all the way back. Floor is carpeted and the carpet is buckling and there are tripping hazards every ten yards. Just seemed very tired and although clean, lacking maintenance. My wife and I would not return.

The room was clean and a good size, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. I thought it could do with a couple of comfortable chairs and the remote didn’t work for the TV probably only needed new batteries

Séjour d'une nuit avec 2 enfants, nous avons choisi l'établissement pour profiter des piscines. H?tel, chambre, accueil et petit déjeuner très satisfaisants. Nous avons par contre été très dé?us car l'annonce indiquait une piscine extérieure et intérieure sans limitations d'accès, alors qu'en fait la piscine extérieure n'était pas utilisable (non chauffée) et la piscine intérieure n'était accessible qu'avec la partie spa. L'accès au spa est quant à lui inclus pour 1H seulement dans le prix, au-delà il faut payer 30 euros par personne. De plus l'accès au spa est interdit aux enfants, en dehors de deux plages horaires le soir. Enfin le spa est fermé certains jours, il était fermé le mardi après-midi de notre arrivée. Michele à l'accueil a cependant tout mis en oeuvre pour trouver une solution et se rattraper malgré cette grande déception. Merci à elle. A noter : Bonnets payants à acheter pour être autorisé à accéder à la piscine...

A fantastic rustic building set amongst some very picturesque settings with well kept grounds and straight off a main road close to the village of Chard. I was checked in by welcoming and friendly staff who showed me to my room. A nicely decorated room included hot chocolate which was a bonus (most accommodation only off tea and coffee). The bathroom was nice and clean although the shower could have done with better water pressure. I took an hour long walk along the nearby country lanes and took in some lovely scenic views. There were some dining options in and around Chard as well as the Hotel itself. The bed was really comfy and provided a full night's sleep which can be hard to attain when on the road. Breakfast was fantastic with both cooked and cold options and everything was cooked to perfection. I will be sure to look at staying here again given the opportunity.

Lovely quiet hotel and loads of parking with nice friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very well located in the downtown core. Walking distance to everything. the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. Good size bathroom. I would recommend this hotel.

Just returned from Hakuraa Huraa and what a great holiday it was. We stayed in a Sunset Overwater Villa which was fantastic, well maintained and clean with good facilities. The food was freshly prepared, with a large choice and tasted fantastic. Our waiter Irufaadh was so helpful and always polite and smiling. All the facilities were within a 5-10min walk. The free snorkelling trip is worth going on. This is a great choice for a holiday and would certainly come back.
