房子环境不错，也不是第一次住了，但是保洁人员存在很大的问题，退个房还要被保洁骂****、真是花钱找骂来了、 保洁服务态度有待整改！！

The hotel is nice , cafes nearby and about 5 mins walk to night market.

The location!

Warm welcome, good check in experience, and the room was fine. Rather dark and on the small side but clean and comfortable. The carpets have seen better days. Fairly comfortable bed, but a major problem was that there was no hot water for the beautiful tub. I had spent the whole day travelling and working and a bath would have been great but the hot tap even alone never got more than tepid. I did raise this with the hotel by email and the next morning in person and other than an apology nothing, and no reply to my email. I think it incredibly poor that for such a price the hot water was not working, and I was very happy not to stay there for the 2nd night as my plans changed. (No offer of a refund or compensation of course). Will not stay there again because of this. Dinner at the bar was nice. Excellent wine list.

房间不算大，设施一般般新，衞生很乾净，旁边不远是个商业中心，吃东西购物都很方便，有自己的地下车库，停车方便。

A small nice hotel with excellent breakfast! I really like the stay in the hotel. Particularly: - one of the very best breakfasts that I had in hotels in Switzerland - the staff let me do late check out - availability of free tea and coffee amenities in shared areas - very good restaurant onsite - just in front of the tram stop to Basel

The location is great; walking distance to the Cathedral , tower and other attractions. The room was very clean and neat. I have never seen a more elegant breakfast table in any of the boutique places we’ve stayed. It is run by the family and they are around with smiling faces. We were very touched when they personally gave us a lift to the train station. I also want to emphasise on the young smiling Italian girl who served us . After Florence and Venice where service people are so tired of tourists and usually grumpy, this young Italian woman was full of joy when serving us . Visit Cremona and stay here!
