房间乾净，设施齐全，离火车站还比较近

Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast Val took more than 30 minutes to fetch vehicles. Staff was not friendly atmosphere was loud at all hours of the day. The temperature outside was cold. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool.

The room was perfectly clean, the staff was most helpful,One of the best hotels we have stayed in for the money! We would highly recommend

The views were wonderful. The breakfast food was delicious! It was hard to coffee before breakfast as we tried twice but they hadn’t/wouldn’t make it even though we came out twice. The morning cook was really grumpy so we had to wait to the set breakfast time. We were up at 7 but said we would have breakfast at 8:30 so we had to wait even though he was in the kitchen. He just ignored us trying to figure out how to do it and eventually said he would make it later.

This is explained at check-in, and we’ve set up a fully stocked guest coffee bar in the kitchen for your convenience. In the mornings, while our cook is focused on preparing breakfast, I personally assist guests with any needs — and I can assure you, I would never turn anyone away who was looking for coffee.It’s possible there was a misunderstanding, and if so, I truly apologize. I take pride in being warm and welcoming, especially first thing in the morning, and I’m sorry if you felt otherwise. We value your input and will keep working to ensure every guest feels cared for.

Enjoyed the pool. Really clean and new apartment

We stayed in cottage number 4, and while the BTI is not fancy, you will love the friendly staff and delicious food. Drinks by the fire were just what we needed after a long day. So many happy memories here.

台北嘉佩乐是我住过的嘉佩乐里感觉最好的非常新位置闹钟取进敦化北路上，先説他的餐饮早餐基本上可以吃三份中餐西餐自助餐，吃完了一天都不饿，早餐还有牡蛎很少的地方10楼的游泳池很漂亮，room可以点一些牛肉麪或者吃饮料和小吃，朋友来了直接带过去很方便，这次做了九个晚上30台的低价了，像家一样的地方

入住时候恰好赶到阳历的生日，登记证件时候前台的小姐姐祝我生日快乐??，我还愣了一下，后来反应过来是阳历生日，感谢小姐姐的祝福，然后真是惊喜连连不断，晚上出去吃饭回来之后，房间里竟然给准备了大大的惊喜，生日小零食还有手写生日卡片，特别有心意，细节服务满满，很温馨，感谢感谢，之后朋友来必安排这住，房间很乾净敞亮，服务员热情友好[愉快]

Camere arredate in stile classico, con bagno privato e doccia. Il personale è gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema/richiesta. Sono stato qui per un bel po' di tempo per lavoro e semmai dovessi tornare a Piacenza tornerò sicuramente in questo Hotel
