Myself and my wife had a great time at Taj Kumarakom during our four days stay there in November 2025. We stayed in Vajpayee suit , duly well taken care of by Ms Priya at reception Desk. The food at restaurant were prepared as per our choice , duly helped and well suggested by Ex Chef Subin. The service rendered by Alan , Shabbir and Ajo was excellent indeed. All other staff were very courteous and helpful for whatever we needed. We had a chat with GM of the resort Mr. Mayank. He was very helpful for our requirements. It was a pleasant experience to talk to him. We had even given some constructive suggestions for the bathrooms upkeep and house boat arrangements for the guests . Overall, it was an excellent experience to stay at Taj kumarakom . We will recommend to enjoy the hospitality of Taj Kumarakom.

Property is a bit dated. Club floor offerings were modest. Room was clean and service was excellent.

3 days of stay. I enjoyed it.

真不错，住在山里真不错！有个建议，洗浴的水压有点低，感觉冲起来不是很爽，然后洗漱那里可以放点衞生纸，再搞个垃圾桶，其他都很好了。

The location is close to Jr station,cleanness but I have a bit problem to get jn the hotel coz no staff at this hotel and everything have to do by yourself

Great hotel in Ubon with A/C, comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Beds were a bit hard. Bathrooms had nice showers with the on demand hot water so you adjust the heat setting for the hot water on the box and then adjust the mix of hot water and cold water on the handle. This is typical of Europe but Americans may not know how to use it. Service was good and the location was perfect for our stay. We had a "family" room with two beds and had plenty of space.

Struttura datata ma ben tenuta. Stanza comoda e silenziosa. Ampio parcheggio privato e facilmente raggiungibile. Colazione abbastanza buona. Non ho usufruito del ristorante quindi non posso recensirlo. La pulizia mi è sembrata molto buona.
