Ottima vacanza, hotel bello e pulito, bagno nuovo, buon cibo personale di sala gentile e ottimi i gestori, consigliatissimo. Unico neo le campane della chiesa che alle sette ti fanno sobbalzare dal letto, ma i gestori non possono farci nulla.

Bellissimo rifugio situato sulle piste di sci. Camera molto bella e pulita. Cibo buono e piscina e sauna ben attrezzate. Dopo una sciata è molto piacevole immergersi in una vasca da idromassaggio

SAUNA NOT WORKING!! Really disappointed that this hotel has turned the sauna off and have not informed Crystal or Or Iglu tour operators, or their customers of this. They’ve kept this secret. I booked this hotel because it was advertised as having a working sauna. Really disappointed and annoyed. On the plus side, the food is good and the beds are comfortable

I have been staying here from last October the team naveen Sai Venu Tarun can not do enough for you, nothing is to much trouble and always helpful. The rooms are always clean and I must say what a comfortable stay I always have. The food! Me personally I love the chicken burger it is awesome, but there are plenty of other dishes to try????

Un appartement BnB, entièrement rénové, marbre et salle de douche moderne. Pas de télévision, mais ce n'était pas annnoncé. Contacts impersonnels avec le propriétaire (messages, via booking en ce qui nous concerne). Obligation de s'enregistrer, avec scan des passeports. Explications claires pour rejoindre l'hébergement. Petit déjeuner tout juste acceptable : pas de produits frais (pain, viennoiseries), pas de jus de fruits. Les fruits : des pommes uniquement. Yaourt, fromage et salami. Quant à la verdure visible sur les photos (à travers les fenêtes), ce sont trois arbres isolés au milieu d'immeubles. L'environnement n'est donc pas très agréable, mais c'est à proximité d'un arrêt de bus (lignes directes pour Venise et/ou l'aéroport). C'est donc un avis avec mention "bien", mais sans plus.
