L'emplacement est parfait. Le personnel très agréable. Tout est bien propre. Les espaces sont amples. La décoration est sobre. Nous avions réservé deux appartements. Un pour 6 personnes SV 1 et un autre pour quatre SV21 au dernier étage de l'immeuble. Hélas, l'appartement au premier étage avait un retour d'égout dans les deux salles de bains. Ainsi, nous avons d? acheter mille produits pour le neutraliser. Aussi, l'appartement qui semble lumineux, donne sur une ruelle de 1,50 m de largeur et résulte trop sombre en plus de bruyant la nuit car un bar se trouve au rdc. De plus, deux chambres à coucher n'ont pas d'ouverture à l'extérieur! Concernant l'appartement au dernier étage, qui est calme et lumineux, un rafraichissement des murs, sols et meubles s'impose. La distribution est confortable sauf les deux minuscules salles de bains pour 1 personne à la fois. Au vu de ce qui précède, nous trouvons que le rapport qualité / prix est très mauvais.

Room was clean, very roomy, loved having the mini fridge stocked daily with water and drinks - very good drawing card having the mini fridge. Suggestion: change the toilet seat so they fit the toilet (toilet seat too small for the toilet - at times got stuck) Food: Breakfast was excellent; Snack shack was just okay - french fries always cold; ambience of snack shack not great - wish it was more outdoors Suggestion: create theme nites to vary up the menu in evening dinners Staff was excellent!!! Very accommodating and friendly!!

We had a very good experience at Mon Suites Jardín de Ayora and truly appreciated the quality of the services provided. The studio was modern, with new furniture showing no signs of wear, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed linen and towels were high quality, and the cleanliness met a high standard. A major advantage was the view of the interior courtyard, which is extremely quiet and ensures a restful sleep. The reception is available during the day, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. They provided all the information we needed and supported us promptly whenever required — a perfect 10 for hospitality. Communication was excellent both before arrival and throughout our stay. We especially appreciated receiving the reserved studio about four hours earlier than the official check-in time, a gesture that made the start of our trip much more relaxing. The location is another strong point: close to the metro and bus stops, with quick access to key areas of the city. Both the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences are within a pleasant 15–20 minute walk. Overall, it is an excellent choice for a stay in Valencia and a place we would gladly return to.
