We booked an Executive King room, which is shown on their web site as having a couch but our room only had some outdoor hard plastic chairs. One of the main lights didn't work and the TV remote only worked intermittently. We advised the front desk on departure but they didn't seem interested.

We came to stay for 3 nights as the location was perfect as we were visiting friends in the area. We brought our dog with us and I have to say the staff treated her amazingly and made us feel so welcome with her! Room We stayed in a lovely room which was much bigger than we expected! This made it so much easier staying with the dog as well! The bed was comfortable (2 singles joined together) and there were some lovely seats at well to watch tv and read. Bathroom was great lots of space! Breakfast I am gluten free and there was a great selection for me! They just adapted the offers with no problem and there was also gluten free cereal as well! What I liked is being able to choose from the menu each night so we had a good range with staying for a few nights! Pizza night! This was excellent! Although I am usually gluten free I can have sourdough so was really happy to find out the pizzas were sourdough! They were fantastic and would highly recommend going on a Thursday for these alone!! Other food We went for dinner on the last night and I have to say the food is a notch above your typical ‘pub food’ the quality was excellent and really enjoyed everything! Overall We will definitely be coming to stay here again! We are regular visitors and usually rent a place because of the dog! But not again! This was so much nicer having the bed and breakfast and the pub as well rather than having to bring all the stuff to cater for yourself! Staff couldn’t do enough and were super friendly!

Clean room, wonderful staff, absolutely amazing

We stayed in room 11, the room was perfect and extremely clean. We had the couples menu which was exceptional value. The steak I had was perfectly cooked. The drinks in the bar were reasonably priced.the only moan I would have was that the breakfast menu that was online wasn't offered just a full English but the breakfast was nice enough

Al jarenlang tevreden over Ibis in Belgi? en Duitsland en na onze laatste onaangename ervaring met een Ibis in Frankrijk kwamen we hier hoopvol overnachten. Onze hoop in Ibis is bij deze hersteld. Mooi en proper hotel met ruime kamer die voorzien is van alle gemakken voor een citytrip. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en op zondag tot 11u beschikbaar. Vermoedelijk komen hier op zondag ook locals ontbijten. Heel vriendelijk personeel die op al je vragen met de glimlach antwoord en aanbevelingen kan doen omtrent restaurants in de buurt. Er is een ondergrondse parking die makkelijk te bereiken is, voldoende plaatsen heeft en rechtstreekse toegang tot het hotel heeft. Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum van de stad.

No hot water two mornings in a row, an ac so loud is shakes the room, very small, very overpriced.

Super nice and accommodating personnel

When we got into the room there was music blasting from a karaoke bar next door. I mentioned this to the reception staff and they basically said you are in a town centre and it's the weekend. She then did proceeded to tell me they had an agreement that it stopped at 10pm. I was there with my 9 year old daughter who had a competition early the next day so wasn't good. You could hear the traffic all night, it was like the window was on the catch but I couldn't see it open at all. The room was also extremely cold.

Ottimo per chi vuole un po' di fresco anche ad agosto,un soggiorno immerso nella natura dove gli unici rumori sono i campanacci delle mucche al pascolo e il mormorio leggero del ruscello. Personale molto gentile e disponibile anche nell'accontentare il cliente nelle richieste più bizzarre; addirittura il tecnico è venuto alle 10 di sera a risintonizzarci la TV perché non si vedeva bene canale 5 (problema spesso di tutta la vallata), camere in tipico stile montanaro che andrebbero un po' rinfrescate, pulizia e igiene da migliorare, cibo delizioso e abbondante (unico inconveniente l'ultima sera ho trovato del celophan bianco nelle lasagne e lo chef si è scusato). Il wi-fi in molte camere non prende come la maggior parte delle reti mobili.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Staff are polite, courteous, and responsive, as one expects in Bajan culture. I'd certainly stay here again.
