Stayed in garden room with hot tub. Everything about the stay was amazing. The welcome from the host was friendly and helpful. The room was huge and very high standard and the outside space was all private and again very high standard. Will certainly be returning.

I stayed at the Morgan as a solo traveller needing a small space with a bed and private bathroom. The Morgan was clean and comfortable, the space was small but well laid out. The daily breakfast was an exceptional value and very well cooked to order. Definitely recommend for a budget friendly no frills stay. If you are particular about the brand of body wash / shampoo you use do bring your own.

My stay here was exactly what I expected for a budget hostel near Canada Water. Don't come expecting luxury service or fancy amenities—it’s very bare bones in that regard. However, the room, while basic, was clean and comfortable enough for a very short stay. The really cool feature is that it’s right on the Thames with direct access to a ferry pier, which is a unique way to travel into the city. If you need a pitstop for a night or two, it does the job, largely thanks to the setting. Also, don't miss The Blacksmith's Arms pub just a stone's throw away. The atmosphere and service were fantastic, and the food was really good.

The staff was great.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!

Friendly staff, clean and tidy great location.

Our room with a view of the ocean/beach front was spectacular as was the look and feel of the whole resort. Beach amenities including very responsive and helpful staff with lunch ordered to chairs was wonderful. Love that this specific resort is down the way from the main part of Grace Bay ... wider beaching area and less congested with guests ... in Bight Settlement area but still easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The resort is smaller than the larger resorts down the beach but made for a more intimate experience. Would absolutely stay there again!

Upon arriving at Tylney Hall, we were met with the most friendly and helpful staff, one staff member opening the front door and greeting us was very good and then another member of staff behind the reception who was equally very good. Made us feel very welcome. Our room was an accessible room (no 54) it was the most huge beautiful room we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous as well. The staff asked us if we could carry our luggage to the room and whether we needed housekeeping. I really appreciated this, we said no as my husband agreed to do this himself for us both. I would highly recommend this room for guests who are disabled. Plenty of room for a wheelchair and or a scooter. The bathroom has an a big huge accessible shower, accessible toilet and a bath tub. It is a very pretty bathroom not like the normal this is a disabled bathroom sort of look. There was a good selection of teas and coffee. Nice TV and comfortable bed. I really cant fault anything about the room, it was excellent. The grounds outside are beautifully maintained, really lovely trees and springtime flowers coming through.

Everything was fantastic! From easy of checking in with incredible staff, our room was gorgeous and had all the amenities you could need. We dined in the restaurant which was great and used the swimming pool. Everything was super clean and every member of staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.. highly recommend!!
