Everything was perfect! Clean rooms and fantastic breakfast

Room furniture very dated and not in very good condition. Limited menu in restaurant Soup Indian curry or sandwich Sandwich one thin slice of ham slice of cheese and about six pieces of onion For a four star Hotel this is totally unacceptable Had to find another restaurant for our second night.

酒店回复：Dear Doreen,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us.I am very disappointed to read about your experience, particularly regarding the restaurant offering during your visit. I fully appreciate your frustration with the limited menu options available and completely understand why this fell far below expectations for a four-star hotel experience. While we were unfortunately operating under temporary kitchen limitations at the time, I fully accept that the alternatives provided were not of the standard guests should expect from us. Your comments regarding the sandwich offering and the lack of suitable dining options are entirely fair, and I am very sorry that this ultimately resulted in you having to dine elsewhere during your stay.I also appreciate your feedback regarding the condition and style of the room furniture. We recognise the importance of ongoing refurbishment and investment throughout the hotel, and guest feedback such as yours plays an important role in highlighting areas requiring attention.Thank you again for your honest and direct feedback. While I regret that your experience did not reflect the standards we aim to deliver, I do genuinely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.Kind regards,Michael MastersonGeneral Manager

The pictures were really cool so I booked it as a special stay with my mom.

Really nice new hotel. Good location and staff were all very helpful

+Decor +Setting +Personable staff +Proximity to airport +No cars visible from site +Minimal noise transference +Continuity throughout grounds - English people

酒店设施完备，房间配备洗烘一体洗衣机，温水马桶，这个配置很少见，非常方便。周边吃饭也很方便。只是没有专用停车位，如果旅游旺季，自驾游停车可能不便。淡季没有问题。
