Deux séjours en quelques jours. Sourire à l’accueil, surclassement, chambre et salle de bains très propres. D?ners et petits déjeuners parfaits et copieux (juste peut-être un manque de fruits frais (kiwis) mais ce n’est pas le plus important) . Une halte appréciée et à refaire. La perfection n’existe pas, je n’ai donc pas mis 5 étoiles, mais et cet établissement n’en est pas loin.

整体入住体验特别棒，房间整洁无异味，设施齐全很崭新。工作人员态度温柔贴心，周边出行吃饭都方便，衞生和服务都超出预期，强烈推荐大家入住！

酒店位置很好，在商业区，购物方便，但同时也噪音严重，周边环境很乱、复杂。酒店免费提供住客洗衣房、健身房、免费停车。房间内设施不错，都很新。也提几点不足：电梯太小了。洗澡间玻璃门拉手短小，并且内开。洗澡手湿，攥不住，拉不开门！衞生间进卧室有门槛，不高，但卧室地砖暗色，出衞生间不注意就绊倒。

My stay at The St. Regis Budapest was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by elegance, comfort, and a level of service that truly defines luxury hospitality. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, perfectly located, and offering an atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming. What made my experience truly unforgettable, however, was the outstanding service provided by our butler, Anna. She went above and beyond in every possible way, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm, genuine kindness made us feel incredibly special throughout our stay. Whether it was arranging small personal touches in the room or assisting with recommendations and reservations, everything she did was handled flawlessly. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. Anna is a true asset to the hotel and a perfect example of what world-class service should look like. I highly recommend The St. Regis Budapest to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay—and if you are lucky enough to have Anna as your butler, your experience will be even more extraordinary.

We thought we had booked a room on the waterfront side. Room was on the back of the hotel with a terrible view of ratty property across the street. Staff said when you book with E pedia you get what you get. Overall the room was very nice with a small balcony and a well appointed kitchenette. All of the staff were excellent, the bistro is very expensive for what you get. I enjoyed the public puzzle in the lobby.
