Very clean, great service from most of the staff. We really enjoyed this resort! It was a peaceful and relaxing break from our regular lives. Shoutout from Canada. Special mention for our bellboys Aldoro and Yohandy who ensured our luggage was looked after and didn’t get lost! They both speak great English and make you feel comfortable and welcome!

They dont clean room everyday unless you ask also Safe wasnt working and never got fixed

Tout était simplement merveilleux ! L'emplacement excellent, un service convivial , propre mais l’eau du lavabo salée, nous avions eu du mal à bien nettoyer nos dents et la pression d'eau dans la douche est très faible du coup on prends beaucoup de temps pour le bain...

Just needed a hotel near the Embassy to get my visa done, so location was really good. Only thing that is worth to take note is the elevator, which it takes quite some time for it to arrive. Parking was also available but not too friendly for big cars like vellfire or starex. For the room, everything was totally fine and clean so its very good in overall.

A very luxurious and beautiful resort. Located in carefully transformed old traditional buildings, this place was a little architectural gem, with super comfortable rooms, beautiful craftsmanship and a great amount of caring for the beautiful surrounding. We unfortunately only stayed for one night, but everything was good! All the staff was nice and very communicative - Phuc was kind and had a long chat with us about life in the area ?? Will definitely come back next time I'm in Vietnam!!

Stayed in many Mecure hotels this one was a disappointment. The air conditioning smelt bad and it was quite small and there was mould in the bath.?
Location is great close to train and buses and food if you want it.?
I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. For the price it was a total let down.

Had a great time at this Hotel! The Room was very chique, modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious and served freshly every morning. They also prepared gluten free options like a fresh fruit salad every morning for my girlfriend with celiac disease. It is about 25 minutes outside of Cat Ba town by walk, but they offer rental motorbikes for a good price. Would absolutely recommend going to this place when visiting Cat Ba Island!!
