老板很热情，来停车场接了我们，还给了我们俩个??，很贴心带到了房间，説了一些注意事项，还免费升级了房间。环境也很不错哦，比较安静。

У меня нет фотографий номера (а он очень хорош), но есть фотография кресла)) Кресло просто великолепное. Ставлю 100 баллов из 10 за эту чудо-вещь. По делу: отель находится на территории целого комплекса. Территория очень приятная, очень чистая. Трансферы уходят из/в аэропорт по расписанию (в других отзывах было расписание). Записываться заранее не надо. В аэропорту ищем указатели ?групповые автобусы? (или что-то подобное, уже не помню) и спускаемся к стоянке на первый этаж. В зоне ожидания есть кресла)) Трансферы невероятно удобно организованы. На всякий случай я всем показывала письмо от отеля на китайском — мне все кивали и говорили, что я иду в верном направлении. Завтрак в здании через дорогу. Кухня китайская, все вкусное и всякое разное. Персонал замечательный. Регистрация быстрая. И отдельный лайк за поздний выезд. Рядом с отелем (метров 400) есть магазин, который работает вроде до 2 ночи. В общем мы чудесно выспались перед самолетом.

Firstly hotel pics and description looks great till we got there about 1 half hours from airport I thought this was sunny beach as a couple of yrs ago had a lovely time there its not sunny beach we were put on ground floor room was plain but had patio door to with street view small garden next the heating hit u so hot I was flushing told reception we couldn't put cold air on they said u can't its a one system alter heat settings in one room it does it to every room reception said open patio doors all the time I spent the night thinking someone could come in rob us or worse so staff put us on 4th floor and yes that's 4 lots of steep steps to climb has hotel had no lifts but they said we will get sea breeze keep us cool I was bent over gasping for air that we sought r jet2 rep out and asked to go home early we still had 8 nights to go mainly because of the room but description of hotel facilities is a lie we were told it had 2 al a carte restaurants and main restaurant they only had one it just does theme nights food was bland also breakfast was disappointing hard fried eggs turkey bacon hot dog sausages they tend to cater to Germans and Irish all staff said they don't understand a lot of English language next every day snack bar at hotels only bar consisting of square orange burger cheese and 1 slice of cucumber sandwich the pool had a bar no music was played around pool also pool is icy cold mature show put on looked like cookers trying to dance as for the beach not one sundowner was on that beach to end it all jet2 moved us to there much better sister hotel alas pool still icy still no sunloungers on beach al a cartes were crap still catering for Germans and Russians hotel looked the part but it wasn't still karaoke bar closed so no music this hotel has 32 bars and pool bar but I will never be back to either hotels

I loved the atmosphere. All the details were exquisite, and all the employees were so friendly. The rooms were nicely decorated and big and beautiful

Very unique accommodations in the middle of Lijiang Ancient Town. This hotel has adorable pet dogs and cats. We also met a very amusing pair of parrots with an entertaining command of the native language. The curiously eclectic decor also added to charm. If you are into browsing endless shops and restaurants this is a great place to stay. The close by Zhongyi traditional market with its very busy and crowded night market offers a huge number of food stalls for foodie visitors. The downside is that vehicles such as cars or scooters are not allowed on the narrow paths in the Ancient Town which for us meant a ten minute walk to reach the surrounding roads to catch buses and taxis to outside shopping or tourist attractions. But overall this is a great place to stay if you are reasonably mobile. I would like to add that the host was incredibly hospitable in making sure our needs were met and helping us arrange for a transfer at the end of our stay.

I received a significantly worse room than the one I booked, and the hotel is refusing to change it. I booked a “Standard Country House Double with Garden View”, which, according to the description and photos, includes two large windows, two armchairs with a table, and is located on the 1st or 2nd floor. Instead, I was given a “Small Double Room” on the 3rd floor, with only one small window and without the two armchairs and table, which is clearly a lower-category room and materially different from what I booked. The reception manager informed me that the hotel is fully occupied and that changing the room is not possible. Additionally, upon check-in, the reception manager refused to provide the room keys unless I “mandatorily provided my email address” in a notebook. This appears to be a violation of privacy and personal data protection. The dental kit is not included in the room by default and is available only for an additional charge. The room does not have a refrigerator. +1 extra star for the fresh berries and really good breakfast.
