Hotel located right by the riverside. Was upgraded to one that faces the river. Was quite nice but can be slightly noisy at night. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Had a pool on P floor but was trying to locate the gym. Overall quite a decent hotel

Dear Mr. Soon,Thank you very much for sharing your recent experience with us. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the upgrade to a river-facing room and found the space and bed comfortable. The riverside view is one of our most cherished features, though I do understand that the lively atmosphere outside can occasionally bring some noise at night. We will continue to explore ways to minimize this for our guests’ comfort.I am pleased you had the chance to enjoy our pool on the P floor. Regarding the gym, I apologize for any difficulty in locating it. And our team will ensure clearer signage and directions are provided to make it easier for guests to find.Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us refine the guest experience. I am glad you found your stay overall enjoyable, and I hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon for an even more seamless visit.Warm regards,Ladang LENG

Very nice hotel. Very nice staff all around.
