Great value for its price. I paid about 115eur for room, dinner and breakfast. Also great room. I like these kind of family hotels with personal touch, nice rooms and located in a small village but about 35km away from Strasbourg. Easier to stay here instead of hotel in the city centre and more beautiful than hotel on the commercial zones. Great reccomend to stay here!

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean, tea and coffee making facilities would be an improvement.

Booked a Superior Double Room which should have been with windows but was instead alloted the Lower Category Superior Studio Room without windows.The room alloted was so small that there was hardly any space to move around.I had to take my dinner sitting on the floor.Electric Kettle was there but no tea or coffee kits.The bathroom was also too small.In a nutshell i was cheated of the money i paid by being alloted a lower category room.

Not the best place, Windows was not broken. Ice cole bathroom and u can hear everything outside to. Nice bed and nice staf.

Great location / nice rooms. Main problem was poor soundproofing. Unusual for a fairly new hotel.

We decided to go for a parking and hotel deal via Holiday Extras as we had an early flight. Unfortunately we were given Room 103, first room by the creaking stairs and we had very little sleep. We complained when we left as Premier Inn boasts about their ‘ good night guaranteed sleep’ promise and the concierge took a note of our name but when we have contacted Premier Inn, they say they can’t find our booking . How convenient!

We stayed in Altamira for 3 nights, I will start with pros, Very good location, close to historic center, lots of restaurants around. Room well appointed, updated bathroom, coffee maker in room Now for the cons, No toilet paper in bathroom had to ask front desk, no coffee pods for the coffee maker had to ask front desk for coffee pods, no coffee cups had to get cups from lobby every day, no sugar available only sweeteners in lobby, couldn’t get hot water in shower and later told to wiggle the handle and place it in certain location to get hot water, heater was not working had to ask for extra blanket, WiFi didn’t work in room but worked in lobby had to get front desk person to come to room to figure out the password, no bottled water in room but there is water cooler in lobby

Good place, cheaper than premier inn and also included breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough. Room was nice and clean and the plugs for charging was appropriate
