Cleanliness was fantastic, staff were excellent and extremely helpful, friendly. Food spot on, would definitely come back.

No soap . Remote was not working other then that it was good .

Amazing stuff they went above and beyond to accommodate on fridge cold day, good breakfast, hot tub is amazing

Fiquei em um quarto com cama queen, mas os len?ois n?o eram do tamanho da cama.... Fora isso estadia boa.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband would have enjoyed some rokm service but it is not offerred. Pool facility was enjoyable.

饭店的位置非常好 京都车站一出来走路大约5分钟就可抵达 柜台人员非常亲切 办理入住时非常顺利 虽然房间可能有点小 （开两个大行李箱可能有点困难） 但整体来说是非常乾净的

The room was not large but very nice . The Hotel is very clean and up dated and the people were very nice and helpful especially Elisa in guest services

Not a bad little stay, the staff are fantastic but the outside of the hotel hides the clean and tidy inside. Worth a stay but not for to long.

Staff are always so nice, friendly, and helpful. Room is always clean and comfortable. I wish they had at least one tv station that is English but it’s just for background noise and a few minutes at bedtime! Great location near the train station and we could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. Lots of great dining options in walking distance too. Third time starting here with my Mum.
