The bedrooms were clean and felt new. The bed itself was exceptionally comfortable. En-suite was good but, as the hair and overhead shower separator lever didn’t work, both had to be on at the same time ?? with a subsequent reduction in water pressure. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast with attentive waitress service. All-in-all, a positive experience.

Приехали в очередной раз . Отель как и прежде на уровне!!! Нет вопросов к персоналу что на рецепшен , что по уборке и комплиментам . Бесплатный ящик на время проживания для лыж и ботинок!!! Близость к Стреле , 3 минуты пешком без всяких трансферов!!! Завтрак супер , на любой вкус, вечером очень достойные коктейли в баре !!! После горы хамам и бассейн это прямо спасение . Вообщем перепробовал мы много чего и в Садке и вокруг , лучше не нашли . Приедем опять в марте !!!

退房之后从我卡里扣了185刀，打电话过去説是误扣，第一天的接线员説立刻cancel了，第二天早上之前就能到账，第二天接线员态度十分之差，并且説法与第一天的人不一，号称对于这笔交易没有access，让我等5-10工作日再联系accounting的人。

就也没办法要求什么啊 毕竟这是胶囊旅馆 然后工作人员挺有趣的。 而且工作人员看起来都是大学生语言能力很强 非常厉害

Staff were friendly. Food was good and everything was clean. Entertainment-wise was okay. More interactive would have been fun. And it's hard to feed the stray cats when you're not allowed on the grass.

It's a nice place to stay, although keep in mind that you can hear what's happening in other rooms around you (I heard some very loud snoring). I had a cabin next to the lobby tables, so every morning there were people chatting while they had breakfast. There's also a rooster nearby that doesn't stop crowing from 5 am onwards, so maybe the place could provide earplugs, and bring your own. There's no hot water, so keep that in mind.

The gym and pool area were very good, Tracey and Kim were by far the best team friendly welcoming very good hospitality. Note the restaurant was cold cold cold !

Beyond extraordinary. This place allows you to rest, dream, and be surrounded by the landscape of one of the most beautiful places on earth. The open air rooms are gorgeous: simple, exquisite, with the feeling of floating in the forest. I experienced a traumatic death this year, and when we arrived and were blessed with copal for our time in the trees, it was the first time my shoulders dropped and I felt safe. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. You can easily just stay at the resort and let yourself soften, or take the fun dusty walk down to Mazunte and do touristy things - the team will help you have any experience you desire. And it's wildly romantic: perfect for lovers. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough.

Nous venons de passer 15 jours magnifiques dans le studio ou rien ne manque et qui est très placé pour visiter l ile. Merci Ga?lle et Thibault pour votre gentillesse et les bons petits déjeuner que vous nous avez préparé, servi devant une superbe vue sur mer, mention très bien pour le cake banane chocolat de Ga?lle, la confiture de banane de Thibault et tous le fruits. Et un petit clin d'?il Leia.
