good location for everywhere…room is clean..the staff friendly…have laundry coin and i will come back to stay here if i come to sydney

Televisore e wf non funzionante ,no copertura linea telefonica ,SPa non confortevole ,aria fredda e piscina idromassaggio a temperatura bassa .L indomani si scusano che non c’è luce per un cortocircuito e non posso Prendermi neppure un maledetto caffè .consiglio vivamente di chiudere questa che peccato è una bellissima struttura

Lovely hotel sat up on the hillside looking down over Camps Bay and the beautiful sand and sea. On arrival we were told our room was down stairs on the level where the bar and swimming pool are located. Onward from that are three sets of stairs that take you down to the Camps Bay main road. One thing the information on the hotel does not given you is that there is no lift and it’s not suitable for disabled people. Although my wife is not disabled she struggles with walking particularly stairs. We managed to get up and down once a day but that was all she could manage. Our room (7) was very nice had a large open shower and toilet area. Although this looked great it was not practical as there were no doors. I wasn’t too well one evening and consequently it was not very private. We did enjoy our stay but we definitely wont be rushing back.

Great stay overall. Room was clean and spacious with nice amenities and a large bathroom. Complimentary mini bar and welcome drinks was a great touch. Guests are welcome to walk or jog around the vineyard. Me and partner jogged around the vineyard, we loved it. The estate is beautiful and the views from the main courtyard is amazing. Breakfast was ok and not very accommodating when it came to ordering a different combination of hot menu items (was initially told we were going to be charged extra). Then they rescinded that at the end. The service at the restaurant for dinner was quite poor. Requested removing the chorizo from the starter which was ignored. We also essentially poured our own wine. Otherwise the service was good. The front desk helped arrange private transfers with short lead time.

Es un magnífico hotel en pleno centro de Granada. Oficialmente su categoría es de 3 estrellas, pero es mucho mejor que muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas en los que me he hospedado. La habitación que me tocó está muy bien, exterior y perfectamente insonorizada; el colchón es super cómodo y todo está muy limpio y muy nuevo. No tuve tiempo de disfrutar del Spa: sin duda es una excusa perfecta pars volver. 100% recomendable

This hotel was wonderful. It’s brand new. The rooms are nicely appointed and spacious. Most rooms have a magnificent lake front view and a balcony. The hotel is located near the town center and restaurants and bars. It has a restaurant which served delicious food. The staff is friendly. I’d recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in BARILOCHE

We had a very great time. Very peaceful place to stay at yercaud. Location gives the hill vibes. Rooms are very clean and food facility was favourable.
