The room and the atmosphere of the hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel and restaurant staff were very kind and personable. I had a wonderful stay and plan to go back later in the year.

Un Parador excepcional que representa lo que se espera de estos establecimientos: la posibilidad de alojarte en lugares que son patrimonio de todos. Cómodo y funcional a la manera actual, sin perder la identidad y la estética de lo “histórico”. La experiencia en el restaurante fue satisfactoria, el descanso y la cama extraordinarios, y el atractivo histórico del lugar, de ensue?o. Algunas molestias debidas a obras que se realizan en el parador fueron poco importantes. Muy recomendable.

room was clean, large and comfortable. Was loud, you could hear everything in the hallway as well as our neighbors in the new room. The hotel property was nice overall, the grounds were pretty too. We walked the golf course. What I didn't really enjoy was the signature scent that is spread throughout the hotel through the ventilation system. It was like being close to somebody wearing too much cologne. It took me a day to realize its not some guy that bathed in his cologne. That being said I enjoy staying at the Grand Geneva and will probably stay again. I prefer it to the Abbey Resort.

Nice hotel. Location quiet, away from city hassle, easy to get to touristic areas by water metro. Rooms - bath is old and depilates. Windows cannot be opened, smell of mold the room. Breakfast - excellent. Buffet dinner nice but food was not warm enough .

The staff were so cooperative and helpful will be staying 2 nights next week now

古城里还是比较方便的，晚上人很多，白天可以早起溜达溜达，人少很多

The room was spotless, but the staff were terrific! Particularly Hajar at the front desk.

The room has bed bugs, I alreadyreported to the front desk. I have to send all my clothes to special laundry. I need my money back.
