A fantastic place. The staff is incredibly nice, monkeys come and go in the trees, the spa is perfect and the food is excellent with some nice happenings : local artists are often invited to play music and dance. Thanks to Valerie, the general manager, to Ramadhan, the nicest buttler you'll ever meet, and all the staff : Beatrice, Doreen, Karoline, Moudric the guide, Evelyne and Moreen at the spa... we hope to come back next year ! [Visited out of season, so can't comment on the restaurant and pool (both closed for winter)] The hotel room was good (albeit a bit dated it was clean, spacious, nice big bed), had good amenities (but no coffee/tea in the kitchenette) and the view from the private balcony was very nice - overall a good stay

Being closed.
Admittedly we were provided breakfast off site but we ate only provided minimal selections. Worse, we were provided with plastic knives and forks!
The room was very hot and noisy .

Front Desk officer is a little bit sarcastic based on my personal experience. I requested to check the aircon in the room because its not running but I waited too long, its been 11pm in the evening and i feel sleepy that time. Until they transferred me to other room. Imagine the stress I have experienced.

What an amazing find. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless. Our dogs were welcomed. We had a lovely lit central courtyard right outside our room. Absolutely perfect.

Beware of check in We booked for 1 night 50 yr old disabled lady with my husband and dog . We could not check in mor get intouch with the hotel and they refuse the refund . Cold jan evening ..CHECK YOUR CHECK IN
