The room had ants crawling on the beds, spider nests, dead flies. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and underneath was rubbish and another guests script cream. Cutlery had not been cleaned since the previous guests. The air conditioning barely worked. Dust build up was extremely thick and when informing staff of the cleanliness of the room and the smell, there was no care given. Will never stay there again!

The staff are always professional and engaging, the Rooms are comfortable and clean, the bathrooms are spacious and functional and the 6th floor lounge is warm and inviting. We love staying at the Cloud One.

Great locations and nice room. All the employees that I came in contact with were friendly. On my arrival I was greeted by a lovely smile from Navdos and she was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.
