Room 208 for Deluxe Queen was compact. The ensuite was too small for two people.

i made a error for the reservation and they didnt wanted to cancel and refund me or transfert my night to an another location.

A lovely sanctuary where you are truly looked after. The staff are so attentive. The food is amazing - top quality cuisine. Gorgeous setting with amazing views. We both had more than one treatment in the spa retreat which was very relaxing. We had a butler, called Rushan, assigned to us. Rushan couldn't have been more attentive and so professional. He contributed to such a relaxing, special holiday. We recommend going on a Mangrove boat cruise and a Turtle sanctuary which are both nearby.

I reserved a balcony, ocean view room and at check in they said there were some plumbing issues and gave me a no balcony and view of the parking lot room with $100. Not a good experience! Also, Terrible mattress.

We had the most amazing stay at the national hotel in Miami. From first arriving in the Uber and being greated by the Bell staff and our luggage whisk away, check-in was a breeze, and the staff were very friendly. Our hotel room was perfect with a nice ocean view and very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again! We also enjoyed a nice time out by the pool at the pool bar and the food, drinks and staff very good too.

The hospitality is authentic, attentive, and world-class. Because of how well we were looked after, my Canadian friends were so impressed that they are already planning their return visit in August. Botswana has my heart — and Cresta Mowana made it unforgettable. Malebogo Sechele is a treasure ?????? We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful hotel - will definitely visit again. Location perfect with stunning views. Service great, cleanliness great - all round very good value. Totally recommend The Horn of Plenty.

Staff is mixed, some are excellent like annissi, most are barely willing to help, poorconcierge. Hotel was very cold, but they supplied heater when we asked. Everytime you leave the hotel you need to resign internet. Breakfast buffet was below average. no shelves large enough in the shower. They clean once in 3 days . it s a pain to ask for anything including water, new towels etc Not a 4 stars hotel
