Great location just above the Spanish steps room was clean and comfy and the free breakfast was wonderful. Nice staff they held our luggage too when we left Rome for a few days. Street noice at night was a little distracting but to be expected in a city

Room was clean but very tiny with three beds. Bathroom was a little awkward. Great location near arc de triomphe. We heard at checkout that water in the room was free the first day but we weren't told that so we didn't take advantage. Also we were told children were free for breakfast but then told one child didn't qualify due to age.

??酒店位置很好，很安静，步行到黑龙潭公园2分钟?，到丽江古城北门7分钟，到大水车10分钟，我订的这个房间拉开窗帘就能看见雪山，景观太美了～? ??民宿的小院非常好看，院子里还有两只白孔雀，可以在小院坐着喝茶聊天很舒服，五楼的露台也很美，可以看到雪山，拍照很出片，我拍了好几张照片，很有意境！ ??早餐的米线和饺子太好吃了。我连着吃了两天，哈哈，酒店还提供的免费下午茶，很丰富，玫瑰花茶很好喝，酸酸甜甜的，坐在五楼露台看着雪山吃着下午茶很惬意，拍照也相当出片 ??服务也很周到，出去玩後半夜回来很晚，小哥哥还特意出来帮忙引领找车位，然後还叫我一起喝茶，非常热情贴心，然後前台的小美女耐心的给我发了旅游攻略 连着住了两晚，一切都很完美，下次来丽江还要住在这儿！

there were ongoing renovations which were slightly disturbing. But there is basically no coffee shop nor restaurant in this hotel, I tried to get coffee but gave up waiting after 30 min.

Kedelig morgenbord - hotellet l? smukt, men langt isoleret langt fra butikker. Personalet var venlige.

Property is fine. Plenty big enough and nice and clean. Good hospitality tray and bathroom requirements. Fabulous gardens on your doorstep.

friendly staff, busy breakfast (lots or tour groups), cleanliness in the shower needs to be improved. would recommend this hotel
