So far bilik okay selesa. Cuma, tiada iron dan iron board di sediakan dlm bilik. Guna steamer je. Kalau nak rushing pegi mana2 kena take time pula guna steamer tu. next time aru hotel kena improve utk keselesaan customer.

住了两次,给予高度好评。图就不拍了,免得説是托儿。一是房间乾净舒适,住着舒服。二是早餐虽然简单但可口,而且能看得出不是敷衍,是用心。三是服务周到详细。能看出来,这家店是认认真真经营,踏踏实实做事。如果再来的话,还会选这里,毕竟地理位置也不错。所以我这种向来不屑点评任何订单的懒人,破例写个点评。尤其表扬下6月27日下午的前台。

We stayed last June however I forgot to add a review on trip advisor. we loved villa Incontri. it was the by far the best hotel we stayed in during our own Italy trip. Roberto was amazing from check in to check out. He recommended local restaurants and provided us with a tram ticket, even dropped us to the tram so we wasn't late for our reservation one evening. We stayed in the studio apartment which was amazing as it has everything you could ever need. We stayed in one night and made our cheese/meat board and it was lovely having a decent kitchen and dining area. Plus it even had a little garden and Roberto being the best host even set up a candle to try stop the mosquitoes. 10 out of 10 would recommend and if I ever went back to Florence I would stay here again

房间在顶楼自助洗衣房旁边,晚上很晚和早上很早时都有人在洗衣服,洗衣机的噪音太大。最糟糕的事情是早上七点多时发现居然没有热水,对于早上起来洗头洗澡的人来説太崩溃了!后来只能用冷水勉强洗,幸好是夏天,冬天怎么办?后来直到八点半左右热水才来。虽然是快捷酒店,但是基本的热水都不能保证,这点太令人无语了。以后都不敢订汉庭酒店了…
