The hotel was very nice for its price, the spa was full the evening we arrived but we managed to book it for the morning

The purpose of this email is to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by one of your staff members, Ms. Yesol Lee, a Korean hotelier. Our family of four, under the name Park Daebeum, reserved two rooms during our stay. Thanks to Ms. Lee’s warm and thoughtful hospitality, we had a truly wonderful experience in Singapore. Throughout our stay, we had many questions and needed various kinds of assistance. Ms. Lee was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and a very nice room.

Simple and good communications. Service was excelllent. Good location.

??交通：离地铁站不近，但打车的话就很方便了，8分钟可以到。就在衣锦街沿街，打车几乎可以直达。 ??房间：因为工作的关系，这是第四次需要住在临安，也是最满意的一次。只要没有不切实际/过高的期待，基本上“五脏俱全”。 ??餐食：套餐里包含了早餐，很暖胃，选择也还算多。比之前在车站旁边的汉庭要好太多了。 ??服务：由于我不知道周末是考研，所以大床房紧张。店员马上联系了我免费帮我升级了房型，很到位的服务。 ??不足：由于房间多了一张床，改变了原来的布局，所以要是睡大床就没发在床边给电子产品充电。所以选择了睡小床，不过也够宽敞了。

部屋は２名宿泊には少し狭い。徒歩圏内にマーケットやコンビニなどあり便利。Wi-Fiは良好であった。価格なりと言ったところ。
