I am writing as a guest who stayed at your hotel from August 7th to 8th. The purpose of this email is to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by one of your staff members, Ms. Yesol Lee, a Korean hotelier.
Our family of four, under the name Park Daebeum, reserved two rooms during our stay. Thanks to Ms. Lee’s warm and thoughtful hospitality, we had a truly wonderful experience in Singapore.
Throughout our stay, we had many questions and needed various kinds of assistance. Ms. Lee was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She even supported us with an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and comfortable. Most notably, my father was especially impressed by Ms. Lee’s polite manner and professional service. Her kindness left such a lasting impression that it made our last day in Singapore even more memorable.
Though it may be a small gesture, I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that Ms. Lee can be recognized or rewarded by the hotel for her outstanding work.
