第一次来西安，这座历史文化名城的深厚底藴让我满怀期待，而入住的美仑酒店，更是为我的这趟旅程增添了别样的温暖与舒适，让我有了宾至如归的感觉。刚到酒店，就被前台工作人员的热情所感染。他们主动帮忙拿行李，还贴心地递上一杯水。在那一刻，旅途的疲惫瞬间消散，取而代之的是满满的安心。这种真诚的服务并非流于表面的客套，而是一种发自内心的关怀，让人从踏入酒店的第一步起，就感受到了家的温馨。走进房间，宽敞明亮的空间让人眼前一亮。房间面积很大，布局合理，既满足了居住的需求，又兼顾了舒适与实用性。一张大大的办公桌十分醒目，对于像我这样偶尔还需要处理一些工作事务的旅客来説，简直是福音。我可以在这里静下心来，有条不紊地完成工作，而不用担心空间狭小带来的局促感。旁边的小沙发也恰到好处，闲暇时我会坐在上面，一边品着茶，一边透过窗户欣赏外面的城市风景，惬意极了。

A Luxurious Retreat in the Heart of Nature – 5 Sta Our stay at Hepburn Escape Villa was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and completely at ease. The villa is beautifully designed — sleek, modern, and immaculately clean. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spa bath was a luxurious bonus, especially after a day of exploring the local area. I loved the gas log fireplace, which made the space feel warm and cozy, and the private balcony overlooking the trees offered the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, but we also appreciated being so close to great restaurants in Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. The best part was being just a short walk to the Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa. The peaceful surroundings and direct access to nature trails made this the ideal wellness escape. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, or just a chance to unwind in beautiful surroundings, I can’t recommend Hepburn Escape Villa enough. We’re already planning our next visit!

Great location - town centre an easy walk. Lovely host - welcomed us on arrival to explain everything. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Great room.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo grazioso affittacamere che ci ha permesso di vivere Movieland e Caneva senza mai prendere l' auto. A colpire oltre alla pulizia è la gentilezza della proprietaria che con uno splendido sorriso ha accolto noi e i nostri bimbi . Davvero da consigliare . Grazie Silvia
