Very nice staff, nice hotel and restaurant, very tasty food, especially seafood, peace and quiet, you can relax. I can recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Tony Tours for making our trip unforgettable.

Clean, very nice staff, and a great view of the harbor from the balcony. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Smelly, moist, clean up could be much better, bad placement of the outside part of the AC - warm air is blown directly in front of the balcony door.

There was basically a night club on the ground floor/entrance level of the hotel which played extremely loud music until nearly 3am. Needless to say a terrible night's sleep. That is just unacceptable for a property that advertises itself as a boutique luxurious retreat.

Terrible experience and the management were no better. We booked this stay for the obvious which is the treetop spa. When checking in there was a small sign to say pool closed, the receptionist mentioned nothing so I thought nothing of it but before we moved from check in I mentioned it and she said it was closed due to a fault but would be open again around 3:30pm. We sat in the bar and waited till 3:30 and was told still closed no time for reopening but hope the evening time. The staff kept reiterating that the rest of the spa is open, it consists of a conservatory and 1 hot tub that fits 4 people comfortably with a fully booked hotel you couldn’t use anything people had nowhere to go. Spa manager came to offer us an 80￡ voucher at about 6pm I refused we had paid 3x that to stay here for the spa I would have stayed home and went for a drink and dinner locally. She had told us she would speak to a GM and come back to us… we didn’t see her again. Upon check out we were asked how our stay was…… crap we spent a stupidity amount of money and traveled way to far for an ordinary night stay the receptions again offered the 80￡ which I politely declined. We’ve stayed here plenty of times before and had travelled from the Galgorm as we stayed there the night before. The whole situation was dealt with so poorly and nobody was kept updated unless you went to find a worker. We would have turned around and not checked in if we were made aware of the extent of the issue. Poor service and poor communication did not expect this from the Galgorm group

Room was clean, staff was great, even in the restaurant. Pool was closed for renovations but that was advertised at booking.

Location of this hotel is beautiful. Rooms are very small. Big issue for to keep luggage. Bathroom is very small. It takes long to come hot water before that too much cold water waste. Owner should adopt latest technology so no wastage of cold water . Breakfast has limited choice. No poha no samosa no kachori only one two items. Taste was not good. Staff was not educated

Staff were all fantastic, food in the pub was fab . Only down side was the TV, they seem to have some system that dose not allow you to watch all the channels that are listed , ie i picked Film 4 and it would revert back to some rubbish channel and the same for other channels

Really lovely staff. Welcoming, small, family feel hotel. Great breakfast.
