Staff were very friendly and welcoming, easy check in/check out process. Rooms were large and very clean, contained everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Handy for shopping and the train line. Plenty of parking.

Everything was great, I would have loved having massages or treatments at the spa but it’s ok.

Hotel and room spotless, delicious meal in the restaurant, service amazing, breakfast hot and tasty and plenty of choice. They even looked after our luggage for no extra charge after we had checked out. Highly recommend staying here

We have stayed in this hotel now 5 times. Everything is excellent: atmosphere, food, location, staff. Amazing view from the terrace upstairs.

Staff friendly and helpful Room extremely small We were recommended a room without window to avoid outside noises The sky tram The bus stop The metro and underground are all right at the door It is in the heart of the little India noisy and extremely busy if you have not been to India this is your chance to taste a bit of it. Small TV bad quality reception with 5 Chanels. The access to the mall and stores was a treat Breakfast was one of 6 choice(see picture)and served at the restaurant that has a small door to the small lobby Always busy and AROMATIC The rooftop garden and gym small and not hygienic saw a big rat running around on the rooftop but I guess it is part of nature like the birds. Don’t expect much even if you are on budget.

The room was clean and comfortable. The community areas were charming, despite being a little cold temperature wise.

Above average across the board for a country pub, nothing to complain about at all. The room was big enough. It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was better than most if you like a freshly cooked one, not so great if you prefer continental. Staff , particularly the older ones were attentive.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! Our stay was great with comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast selection and service! Definitely would stay here again!
