Beware! Bed bugs at the Waverley Hotel again! They were reported in 2025 and are back. I was bitten this week on a three night coach trip., February 2026. I was moved to an unaffected room, hopefully the original room has been sprayed and disinfected.

Great value and food, friendly staff and characterful pub

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Delightfully decorated and featuring lovely furnishings.

Good location. Staff good hospitality but hotel need a facelift and room amenities need a lot of improvement.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Room went from very cold to too hot with no in between. Food was really poor and obviously re-heated.

I was impressed from the moment of arrival. The location is beautiful, the reception staff friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection of well cooked food.

They may have decorated, but wasn’t impressed Cold bathroom Bed was comfortable

Great spot, lovely service, highly recommend. Food was good

This hotel is located at the office building (12th floor). Nearby is convenient with many local foods/indomaret since it is office area. Back at the hotel has train stations. The lobby's dehumidifier smells too strong and unpleasant . During check in, the slim lady with long hair lady staff (I forgot her name) need to learn to smile/friendly more to the customers. While waiting for the room to be ready, the chubby lady staff (again I forgot on names) is friendly and helpful. The room I thought was spacious but rather small. The most annoying part is the noise from the people passing by outside our room especially the housekeeping staff. We stayed here for two nights. During the 1st night after we came back from shopping at night, suddenly the access card cannot be used and I need to go upstairs at the lobby for them to look into it (I'm just too tired to bother the reason the access is blocked/unavailable)
