房间乾净。只是check in有点麻烦。需要到mailbox拿钥匙之前没地方停车。警衞叫我们先进停车场,问题是进去了没有卡出来呀,结果我们又从九楼停车场转出来check in。酒店地点很好,靠近大商场。旁边的日本餐厅很好吃。客服回覆很快,服务好。

Staff was super nice and friendly. Our was a little beat up looking. There was brown smudge up high on the walls above the beds plus therr was somewhere underneath one the beds was no going to attempt to figure it out.

Fantastic hotel great accommodation, very friendly staff and a special mention to siaeed who is a superstar and nothing was too much trouble. He took the greatest care of our time at this hotel. Great food and a lovely pool. Not busy at all, many days at the pool on our own.

这家民宿还不错,下单了随机盲盒房型,入住房间看着还挺好,是给安排了套二房型,还挺宽敞的,乾净衞生,住着也舒服,这个盲盒房型有乐趣也不踩雷,感觉他们的衞生,服务,安全性都很好,性价比高

At first glance the hotel looked fine, the reception looked bright and well presented but that’s where the good feelings ended. I wasn’t expecting a lot but really what I received was below that level, much below the most basic of standards. The walls were marked and dirty, the mattress possessed not a single shred of comfort. After explaining my issue with the guy from reception, they were so kind to switch my room and later found a second mattress protector had been put on to the bed in my room. This was because I spoke Chinese and persisted that the empty rooms had not yet been checked into. They were quick to change this and I appreciated that. I understand that the pandemic has been a shocking time for those who are in the hotel business but this property needs a complete overhaul. I had no fault with the staff but the management would do well to make the rooms more comfortable, the staff don’t deserve disgruntled customers.
