The hostel is within walking distance to the botanical garden & food street, so I can avoid very congested road conditions on the main road. The host is very friendly and helpful, she recommends good places for meals, I enjoy the stay very much. Thank you ??!

This hotel is lovely if you are couple. We went with or two kids who were 9 and 7. If it wasn't for the friends they made a day into the holiday they would have been so fed up. There is nothing for the kids at all entertainment wise. We played uno a lot. It's all table service which is frustrating and time consuming. You've finished your breakfast time they come to offer you a hot drink. It's almost impossible to get drunk waiting 40 minutes for a drink in the evenings. We ventured out later in the week I wish we had done so quicker as eating out in kos town was fantastic. I felt food in the hotel was a bit basic fine for the kids. Room was lovely, cleaner was fantastic. Pool bar very good, best mojitos here. Views were amazing from the hotel. Kids used the sister hotel for playing football it was easy enough to do. I used the sister hotel gym which was poor. One working treadmill. Usually hotels have a laundry room with facilities that are reasonably priced, not here though just hand the washing to reception which worked out to be very expensive compared to previous. The thermal springs are a 30 minute walk away and look out for rogue goats on the road. I wouldn't go again to this hotel personally. We did a holiday village last year and I missed the ease of that so much. I don't agree that it's a 5 star either. Also found it a bit bizarre the tourist tax is based on the rating of your hotel so wondering if they are overrated generally. On the whole good holiday but have had better.

I stayed here for a 4 day working trip and found it had everything I needed. The apartment was well equipped with a full kitchenette, including a dishwasher, which made self?catering easy and convenient. The location was excellent, just a 10–12 minute walk to Nuremberg’s main train station and close to the city centre offering plenty of options for dining out or grocery shopping. Check?in and check?out were seamless thanks to responsive staff working remotely who made the process simple and efficient. Overall, this was a comfortable and practical base for my trip and I would definitely stay again.

这次来咸宁出差，这个全季酒店离火车站很近很方便，定的是商务房，房间很大，每天都有保洁，前台小姐姐也很好，下次还住这个酒店。

价格比较实惠，有两个直麪雪山的院子，因为是冬季，院子前的湖水枯竭了。天气好的时候坐在院子里，面对着部落雪山，聊天南海北，还有吉祥和陈多馒的陪伴。

The Pessac Campanile has had one of the makeovers they are embarking on throughout the group. The bedrooms have lost all the drab check bedcovers curtains. The restaurant has been given a lick of paint and new furniture. Unfortunately this creates a bare, cold and uninviting space which matches the welcome from reception! The menu has been revamped and is confusing. The food, obviously bought in as pre-prepared, is tasteless and not good. The only good thing about the Campaniles is that they are clean, convenient and somewhere to stay on the way to somewhere nicer.

ItaliaRail went on strike the morning we were to leave to Sorrento. Called Sorrento Colors & Suites advising that we couldn't make our reservation & requested our money reimbursed. We were told they needed 24 hours advance notice for cancellation. We further explained we didn't know 24 hours in advance of train strike. They did not give our money back. Very dissappointed.

Hotel has two parts a new and old One with different prices. New One cost double . As for the old it's a low 3 stars hotel but no service in It. No elevator , no food no wifi . Personnel not really client oriented . At full night 2 am receptionist allow people to enjoy internal pool without any respect for other guests. We had no TV for 2 days . AC working good but only in the rooms with new machine . The new One has a clean external pool , good service and receptionist available to help . Food at restaurant it's good .

Ponto positivo para o custo x benefício e o café da manh? que me atendeu bem. Ponto negativo fica para as toalhas e roupas de cama manchadas, além do ch?o do quarto sujo de areia (ao chegar no quarto e andar descal?o senti bastante areia no pé). Sugiro ao hotel melhoria nesses aspectos. Obrigado.
